Ive had to pleasure and privilege of being assisted by BBM staffing over the past 4 years. Not necessarily from a position of job seeking, although it goes without saying they have always been much more than professional and helpful during my searches for employment. My association with this company has grown on me due to the friendships and relationships Ive built with the staff over the years. Very kind, courteous and understanding - the associate exemplifying a large share of these qualities would be, Sylvia Jaramillo. I reached out to this company during a tumultuous time in my life and BBM was there to help when I was running out of options. Sylvia became my recruiter and quickly exercised her tools and had me working within the same day. I have been able to grow throughout my experience and career with BBM and for this I am grateful for having met Sylvia and the whole staff with this agency. If anyone is looking for a fresh start or just a new experience on a new path, I highly recommend this company and their associates.

This is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL staffing company I have ever gone thru, I responded to their Craigslist ad for a data entry position, went thru all the interviews, drug screen and what not only to have them say "were waiting on a trainer who is on vacation" well after calling several times and getting no answer or the same answer I gave up, then saw the ad again and called back asking why I was never informed on my initial position I was already hired for, they had no idea who I was, the office manager Liz stated to call back only to never speak to her again and just now the staffing assistant Yiesha just advised me that I was not selected but yet never gave me a call or answered calls back, just all around unprofessional so please dont waste your time if your serious about employment because they just tell you what they want and communication is very scarce....I give this place 0 stars (even tho google made me click on a star to post) and advice to retrain and rehire a more professional staff!!!

I applied for a data entry job and got a technical training specialist position. Not much of a difference, but as a introvert I found it a bit inconvenient. However, please note you will be put on a probationary period where they take 2 dollars off the hour you work for 90 days. My recruiter quit, but bbm is still able to take my calls. I have mixed feeling about the temp agencys professionalism, but no doubts of their recruiting abilities being fairly good.

Worst experience I have ever had. They said I got a job. So I asked when I would start they said that they would have to let me know. They still havent let me know anything. They dont follow up on anything. I called them everyday for a week to figure out when I was suppose to start. And they cant answer the question. Very unprofessional and they dont try and help you.

Been in san antonio 3 days first place i went was here BBM Staffing filled out theyre short application took a drug test and was hired on as a temp at a warehouse facility! All employees were kind and did theyre job no complaints would recommend to anyone looking for work.

If you get Sylvia Jarrillo abandon hope. She set 2 appointments for me to discuss a job. 1st one she didnt do her job so she set a second. 2nd time she left early so she wasnt available. I called the next day at 1 left my number and two days later still no cal. Fantastic

Would give it 0 stars if i could. Terrible, terrible, terrible, agency. Never returns calls AT ALL. Recruiters seem to be "on lunch" ALL day! Receptionist clearly is making up excuses every time as why no one is available. Waste of time. Terrible service.

This is one of the worse staffing agencys I have ever worked for dont call you back when they say they will gave me a full time job with overtime got to the site and it was a 1 day assignment will never use them again
