Coming from a Big company and how to restore client relationships its poor business ethics here at the workforce solutions and by the way it looks they have a sour face and dont look like they appreciate the job they have. one thing i recommend before giving a survey on the customer service there wait till they actually complete assisting on helping you find a job that you want before submitting anything for them. i had one lady tell me that she was in a rush to go to "lunch" and i told her didnt mind if someone else could assist me. it puts a bad taste in your mouth and i really think they should hire more to provide better customer service and who enjoy their job! With my own customer service experience ive seen leading companies with 5 stars have better service and positioning of words. i dont recommend this place.

Starting a career in IT here, theyre going to find me a job in the field, as well as paying for me to get certificates for what I want to do. Going into computer programming and network security. Absolutely awesome place, more people should know about this!! Im looking at a 100,000 $ salaray after im done here, and they help you step by step to achieve your goal. So helpful, extremely impressed that our federal govt. funds something like this. 5/5
