I will never go here again. I had a terrible experience with Nellie Hernandez the Manager. She called me to go in to meet with her. I went in on a Friday, she was really nice and told me about a position that was a possibility for me. She told me she would be sending me some testings and would be contacting me that afternoon about 1pm; after she heard back from the potential job. I never heard from her nor did I receive the testings. I called her on Monday and asked her about the job she was waiting to hear from and explained that I never received any testings from her either. She stated that she sent another girl over to the place and they hired her on the spot. I was really disappointed that she wouldve even mentioned it to me if she was not even going to consider sending me over there. As far as the testing she stated she had submitted it wrong and would resubmit and I wouldnt receive anything until that afternoon. It is now Friday and have yet to receive anything from her. If this is the type of business they run I dont know how they are still in business. Needless to say I will never go back there.

At 70+ years I have had many employers with as many forms of paying for my time and services. I have never had such personal, yet professionalism in the course of keeping my time, and financial matters. It was a great disappointment when my company switched from the local San Antonio, TX based Trinity to a XX name (way) out of state. When I say personal, Nellie and staff took a courteous personal interest in helping any time I made a mistake and in such a way, she just made me appreciate their timely accurate handling of my funds all the more. I missed you all the first week of the change. I would recommend your company to anyone who would need the services you provide.

Rude staffing. Watch out for Nellie, shell tear you a new one. Shell start off by telling you all your faults and what she thinks about you. Then youll take the assessment tests, and if you did bad, shell make you feel stupid, then shell go on saying "I want to help you" and that you can take the test again. That was 3 weeks ago. Ive heard nothing back from the old hag. Not an email or phone call. Thanks trinity staffing for wasting my time.

I had a great experience with Trinity. I originally met with Nellie Hernandez to test on a program that I didnt have much experience in. I knew I wouldnt pass so I let Nellie know. She didnt write me off at all. She gave me an interview, all very professional, and in about one week she placed me at a great company. I have been there over a year and am very pleased.
