I have been discriminated because of my relationship status and gender. This is a place to make a quick buck but thats all. If you are an employer then you should know that almost all the employees hired by LOD have felonies and still get sent to job sites that request clean backgrounds, so you may want to conduct your own background checks. I have seen people with criminal backgrounds selected over those with clean backgrounds for job assignments working with hurricane evacuees. LOD obviously cares more about keeping their usual employees happy (even if it means treating another unfairly, discriminating, or lying) and sending them to job sites than they do than actually honoring tue requests their clients make when it comes to having clean backgrounds.

This is the WORST staffing agencie I have ever been to! The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. The jobs are unpredictable and they make evrything so complicated. Ive been going with them for a week now and I hate it. Theyll call you to see if your available for work... if you sign up for one and show up theyll tell you they dont have any openings even if theyve already signed you up. They are also extremely inconvenient as you have to show up to the agencie every day just to see if you have work. When its time to get paid they are never on time to pay you. I was supposed to get paid by 4 oclock but the idiot who has to bring the checks didnt get there until 5. Id recommend going anywhere else but here!

The rumors you hear about this agency are probably true. They are the worst Ive seen. They have withheld checks and give every excuse in the book to not pay you. They have a revolving staff so no one ever knows whats going on. And what is probably worse than working for free, is when they tell you they have a job for you, but as soon as you get to the location they send you home because they are capped out. It truly is a terrible agency. My recommendation is to log every time sheet you have and take pictures of your hours. If you dont have a ride you shouldnt really bother with them.

I had accompanied a family member for a clarification needed for employment; The " Lady" in the front explained to us in a very exasperated way, and then just snapped at me and pretty much told us to get out!. Just because I had asked not to write over the documentation of my family. ALL THIS IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER another lady who did NOTHING. Never took charge of the conversation and let this "getto" Lady yell at me and my family. This company has by far the worst Customer service, It is to me pretty clear that they do not care about the service they provide. DO NOT APPLY HERE!

I have to say I have never worked with such a disorganized bunch of people, I would never refer anyone to this company. Every pay week is different, they never pay you on time and when you finally get paid they screw something up so that you cant cash the check and delay payment. Other than the inconvenience of delayed pay for your work the staff is extremely rude, since the staff never last your constantly having to speak and explain yourself to everyone before anyone can help you. WORST STAFFING AGENCY EVER.

Ive been off and on with this co. For 3 1/2 years Ive never been treated with respect. what I suggest is keep personal track of your job and work hours on a separate sheet of paper and get the manager at the job to signature and leave phone number as proof you went to work. Ive been through some hardships generated by this co./staff that I shouldnt have had to go through. I look past all that because I need to work but it doesnt help that the staff are relatively still ignorant 3 1/2 years later

This place is ok at first,then they start charging for every thing,then they try to short check your pay check. If you dont go to a specific job that they want you to go to,things get worse,then they send you to a job site where many people have had problems with the security there,the site then strands you and you have to make your own way back to the office. When you make a complaint the hold your paycheck hostage for a drug test,then look for any reason to dismiss you from working there.

This company is by far the most remedial facility Ive ever encountered . Lucinda Leal and Yvonne Sanchez are best friends that steal peoples information to employ family members and friends that cannot work legally in this country. IMI DESIGN is a cheesy fake spiritual company that is working with these two women in robbing people of their pay. 6 employees did not get paid . Ive got proof of every lie they threw at us . Trust me, Youd be better off picking watermelons somewhere.

Love it!!!been working here for about two years.If you follow the rules and dont leave early from jobsites you should be just fine.Its when you hide in the restrooms to milk the clock is when your troubles start.It feels good to know that they have on site supervisors to make sure everyone is working hard and not hiding in the restrooms.Come in with a smile get one back.Leave your salt at home

Going to sue them due to not paying for 4 days i have proof of work with said person. Do not go here. Go to legit places. They paid me for 13 hours when i had 4 days. I will bring the police again and a lawyer this time.

Have jobs everyday. Some pay weekly and some pay next day. If you follow the rules you will have no problems with the staff. If you are arrogant and rude then you may have issues.
