Body Workz Bridge City is the BEST! Its my home gym and it offers everything from machines to group classes to shakes ! Everyone is supportive and it has a family atmosphere ! P.S. if you are new to yoga then this is the place to practice !!

Usually just dropping literature off, but they are always quick to greet you when you walk in. Its usually busy, but there is always equipment available. The facility is always clean.
