This child care facility was the best part about living in Carrollton, TX for our family. My child was at Kindercare for 2 years under the care of Ms. Shelia, Jackie, Maria, Cassie, Martha, Joyce, etc. The teacher turnover rate is very low, and all the teachers have been there for quite some time. They always treated my child with specialized attention, and always gave me time to discuss how my child was doing at pickups and dropoffs. We always got a daily sheet and there were no ambiguities about what my responsibility was as a parent. Simply put, they are AMAZING at what they do! They became NAEYC certified while we were having our child go here. We are currently at another NAEYC facility in a different state and have been thoroughly disappointed with the transition our child has experienced. We are constantly complaining about our childs new school saying things like, "Well, at Kindercare, they wouldve never have done things like this..." Although child care here is pricey, we had found that this Kindercare was no more or less expensive than other facilities in the area. You really get what you pay for, and this case, the absolutely love that they showed my child has no price tag. Thank you Kindercare for being a special part of my childs life!

I cant say enough about this daycare center. Its hard as a single parent to leave your children with anyone but you know you have to make it work for your family. Ms. Sheila, Jackie, Lynda, Maria, Denise, Tanisha are all wonderful and help the transition go smooth. These women are always looking out for the kids and look out for them so much that the kids want dont want to leave when its time. The center is always clean and even in the baby room with diapers, there is never any unpleasant smells. No matter the price financially, you cant pay for the peace of mind that these women at this center provide.

Our first LO been here for 2.5 years. He had learned so much; were constantly amazed by what hes taught. Its an excellent learning center which provides breakfast, lunch and snack at an affordable price. Weve started our second son here since 8 weeks. The teachers and directors take the time to listen to and answer any concerns or questions on our kids development. I highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. Dishonest director, worst 2s room ever! The good employees have all left. The kids are just $$$ to the director Sheila. Please look the other way when considering this daycare.
