My granddaughter went here only two weeks. Week 1- she got bit (not unexpected) day#2, had a lump on her head from a fall (happens)day#3, and had scratches on her back (unexplained)day#2. She started running a temperature within 48 hours that passed on to her Mom & Dad. We found she was NOT being given ANYTHING to drink as NONE of us were told to provide a sippee cup or she would NOT get anything. We found that out when she had horrible constipation and asked about her diet to see if it was due to changes. Week 2- day#1, dad goes to pick her up, she (15 mos old) was by herself, facedown on the carpet. When he called her name, she looked up, and obviously had laid there and cried until she could no more. There was one other child, in a highchair, with an empty bottle, half asleep, and there was NO ADULT in the room. All employees were in the office, leaving two toddlers ALONE. Mom kept her home for two days, then yesterday, there only 5 hours, mom saw teacher washing a bottle with hand soap! Granddaughter is sick AGAIN. The time frame of her illnesses incubation times mean it was contracted THERE. Mom also observed them on a cleaning frenzy with a strong bleach smell--Meaning they are NOT following guidelines set forward by DCFS/DHS concerning rules and regulations. It was also "rumored" that they were cleaning because they had a "bad visit" from child services and had bad marks for cleanliness. Needless to say, we have changed daycares, where other parents have moved their children to FROM THIS VERY DAYCARE due to similar issues. Do NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. After what happened recently, which will be reported, I will be surprised they are not shut down, as should be.

0 stars is not an option unfortunately. The "owner" Lisa needs her child care license revoked. I advised her and another staff member I was bringing my son as a drop in and that he was being treated for ADHD and side affect of his medicine was he would not sleep at naptime. After 3 days, my son was asked NOT to return for crying and not listening during naptime, as if hes the first kid in history to do so! My issue lies with Lisa also reprimanded him with a ruler in an attempt to get him to stop crying. If they felt he was that terrible a phone call should have been made to have me come get him! I called her this morning to express my concerns and advise her I would be taking precautionary measures to have her facility reviewed by the board and she spoke over me the ENTIRE time, told me when I should medicate my kid, how this and how that. Terrible experience start to finish!

9/23/16 My daughter went there to tour the place for her son. There was no one in the office and she noticed in the main room all lights were out and she could hear kids screaming, the lights were turned on so my daughter could see but the employee did not see my daughter. Then My daughter was shocked when she witnessed the employee hitting a child with the nap mat. She then shoved the child to the floor. Needless to say my daughter rushed out and made necessary reports. There are other reviews of this place from 6 months ago also of abuse, 1 year ago and 2 years ago. Why is this place still open?!?! People, please... dont leave your baby with this daycare.

I just saw a lady slap a little boy in the back of the head as she was walking them in side the Star Flex around 12:00pm today 03--15-16. That makes me angry. No child should be treated that way.. She looks like she is Latina she is wearing blue shirt and white pants, kinda heavy with a long pony tail.. If I knew my child was being abuse I would report them and shot the place down.. I should call the police on her..
