Childcare Network didnt work for us. My daughter is almost 2 years old. Overall, it seemed like it lacked consistency and strict protocols. When I would drop my baby off in the morning, all of the kids would just be in a big room wondering around. A different person would be there to supervise them every morning and the kids wouldnt be doing anything... There was no video... No music... No procedure or protocol. They were just there. Also, when we would pick her up, different people would be there most of the time and her face would be dirty from ear to ear. When my husband would ask what was on her face, the caretaker would say she didnt know... They never tried to clean her face before we left either. Many times, I would come to get her and her nose would be dirty... Again... No one tried to clean it. We were supposed to get a sheet that explained how she did every day. Out of the 11 days she was there, we received 4 papers. Although we were only there 11 days, it was over a span of 3 weeks and people still didnt know my babys name... Besides her teacher... The protocols of this place just did not seem to be tight enough. My baby wasnt happy, and we decided to make a change. Did I mention that they seem to have a high turn over rate of teachers? A new teacher started while we were there. Her teacher moved on to school shortly after we left, and there was a sign saying they needed more help. When my husband decided to unenroll our daughter, the director did not seem to be concerned when he he explained his issues with care. He asked what he needed to do to unenroll her and she said to just take her... Didnt seem to care much. The bad thing is that our baby started her new daycare this week and her whole demeanor changed. There is a difference in how it is run and the care given. The biggest difference is in my daughters demeanor at daycare and after day care. I would not recommend this location of Childcare Network to anyone at all. It would be a waste of time and money. P.S. People get discounts at CN for good Google reviews...

We are watching our grandson, who is almost 2, much of the time while our son is away at work. This custody was unexpected for him and for us! We were worried that our grandson may have some disabilities because he wasnt communicating or socializing with any other children. He wouldnt look us in the eyes or bring toys to us to have us play with him. We placed him into Childcare Network and a month later we are seeing a different boy! Hes learning soooo much, and he literally runs into his class every morning looking for his friends. He makes eye contact, listens to directions, is learning new words...hes a different boy than he was 6 weeks ago! I love the teachers at Childcare Network because they really take the time every day to update me on his progress. They truly care about him, and it show!

I really hate the fact fact that I had to put my son here. The staff was ghetto and very unprofessional. I think the only decent one there was Monica. The direct I feel as if she doesnt do her job right. And when my son was there pretty much everything he had always came up missing. They ask you to bring a crib sheet and blanket. I brought both. When I decided to move him to a better daycare I asked for his stuff and they couldnt even tell me where it was. I had to go search the place myself and his crib sheet was being used by someone else and it also had someone else name written on it although his name was on there. They couldnt even tell me where his blanket was so we never got that. And missing sweaters that I never got as well. IF YOU ARE SMART PLEASE PLACE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Childcare Network is a great daycare. My oldest son has autism and was kicked out of a few daycares. When I went for the tour, I informed the director about my son. Unlike most daycares, Donna (the director) excepted my son with open arms. Since being at this daycare, my sons behavior has changed. No phone calls doing the day telling me to pick my son up and when I pick him up, its always positive feedback about my son. My youngest son would cry everytime he had to go to school at previous daycares. Now hes up before me ready to go to daycare and cries on the weekend because he cant go. This by far, has been the best daycare for my kids. Thanks to all the stuff. You guys rock!!!

This place is AWESOME!! Ms. Donna is very helpful! She allows me to check on my little one as often as I would like being that Im a first time mom! I love this aspect! She even emailed me about my childs first day there!! My child is learning so much from Ms. Lois and the other caregivers as well. I am so Blessed that I was able to find this daycare center when others turned me away. I believe God routed me there for a reason. They say it takes a village to raise a child and help them learn and grow. Well this is my villagr!! I commend them for all that they do! They will truly be Blessed on the back end.

Childcare Network Daycare location in Cedar Hill is wonderful. I would rate it 10/Excellent. The director Tammy Patterson is a very caring person toward children and very helpful. She would go above and beyond to get the problems solved. My grandchildren Aishah/Durriyah Lminggio love their teachers and the facility here. They are very friendly, professional, and take that extra care when teaching the children at ths facility. I am very pleased with their teaching and updates on whatever is going on in the school. -Brenda Bruner
