Renee is fantastic and provides excellent service! Ive been living in the Plano area for the last 12 years and I still wasnt sure about what "newer" apartments were out there. I work and go to school full-time and I really didnt have the time to search through hundreds of listings and visit each apartment community. When I contacted Renee a couple of months ago, I gave her all the specifications I wanted in an apartment and she sent me a list of apartments with everything I wanted and in the specific areas I was looking to move. I communicated to her what communities I was interested in visiting on the list and she called each one to find out there availability, rent and what there move-in specials were. I visited about 5 complexes and finally made a decision last week. Renee called and emailed me throughout the process to make sure I was finding what I was looking for and to see if she could help me locate any other places I might be interested in. This is a great service for anyone to use and I highly recommend it. Renee is professional, thorough in her search, easy to communicate with and very prompt. And as a bonus to me, Ill be getting a $125 gc/check sent to me for using the service!

When it came to finding an apartment, Sara from Apartment Agents was top-notch. Definitely 5-star service. I only had a few days to find a new apartment and Sara went above and beyond my expectation. My disappointment came from their "Free Moving" service. The website states they hire a professional moving company and the people who unpacked my truck were anything but professional. They damaged expensive furniture, were more worried about unpacking quickly than ensuring my things were not damaged, and charged extra for building a bed the mover was not able to build and left 70% incomplete. I had to spend an hour taking apart the mess he made and rebuilding it. When I spoke with Apartment Agents, they stated their frustration and said they would look into it for me. This was in April 2014 and as of today, September 17th, I have yet to hear from them. The moving coming did call one time saying they would put in a claim and the most they would cover was $0.10 per pound which was ridiculous. The issue to date has not been resolved. Use Apartment Agents for their service and get your cash reward instead of your free move.

Sara Dahlen is awesome. I was searching for a new home and found there was so much to choose from without really knowing if it was only pretty pictures you saw or the real thing. When googling I found Apartment Agents and Sara was quick to respond, we talked over the phone and Sara helped me narrow down a long list of apartments to my final top 3. Sara was very helpful in the process, gave my additional information about the staff and location and her opinion about the apartments. I went back and forth about my choosing and she was very patient adjusting the list. She called my top 3 list of apartments and asked for move-in specials for me and details such rent, amenities and found some great deals. Sara helped me find a new home, which is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I truly felt like I had a friend sorting it all out for me. Big help and a great time saver. Thank you so much Sara for everything!

Its important to note that for 3 weeks prior to being told about apartment agents, and specifically Cindy, I was "working" with another locator agency that truly required me to place more calls to them then they to me. It only took Cindy what felt like a matter of minutes to return a list of apartments to me that were directly aligned to my requirements location, size, price). With Cindys help, within a week I had seen 3 places and made a decision for one of them. Being in the sales business for so long I know that customer experience is what drives loyalty and Cindy has made sure my experience will drive loyalty for a long time to come. It will be my pleasure to pass on her contact information to anyone I know or hear in passing that is looking for a place in/around DFW area. Cindy is most definitely an expert in her field and it was a memorable experience working with her.

Finding a new apartment to live in can be very stressful. Sara D was my agent and she made it so much easier to find a new place. All I needed to do was tell her the area(s) I wanted, what type of apartment/amenities I wanted, and my price range. Sara got back to me very quickly with a ton of information and options. You get an online personalized list you can go back to at any time and see floor plans, prices, pictures, all the move in costs all in one place. Made it really easy to compare. Once I decided where I wanted to look, she actually called those places to get me the most updated information on pricing and availability. It was so helpful and free, I dont know why someone wouldnt use this service. Really appreciate the service, and if I want to move into a new apartment in the future, I would use Sara & Apartment Agents.

Renee is AWESOME!!!!! I was in Virginia and moved to Texas in 2007. Renee helped me with a very concise list of apartments tailor-made to my specifications. I spent 2 hours in my apartment search- thats it. She made all the calls for me, setup appoinments and all I had to do was just go check the apartments out. I used her help again last year when I had to move from Plano to Dallas. As expected, she provided me a concise list of apartments which adhered to my specifications. I then changed my mind to wanting a 3 bedroom apt. When I hesitantly asked Renee if she would send me a different list, all she took was 30 minutes on a Saturday to send me the revised list. So I could start my apt hunt the same day. Seriously, I dont know how anyone can be more efficient than she is. Thanks so much Renee for all the help!!!

Sara Dahlen with Apartment Agents was an absolute angel in my search for an apartment. I called her on a fluke, but I really know I was meant to meet her because she would take care of me, and I needed her help badly. I explained to her what I was looking/hoping for (which I thought was impossible for my price-range), and in just a couple days, I knew shed sent me to my "perfect" next home. I cant thank her enough for doing all the legwork and staying on top of my request. Her follow through efforts and diligent work to please her clients is beyond anyone Ive ever worked with. I would, and HAVE, highly recommended her to anyone in need of her service. Thank you again, Sara, for all that you did. You truly are an angel!

I would recommend this company to any family member or friend. I was simply browsing one evening because didnt really know what I wanted and I submitted a vague request; my agent, Becky C, called me the next morning and had a list of questions that really helped me narrow down where I wanted to live and what type of apartment I wanted. As I only had 2 weeks to move, she helped me expedite the process by doing all the leg work for me. She even met me when I came to Dallas to find a place! By the time I arrived in Dallas to apartment hunt, we had narrowed down my seemingly endless search to 6 places and I found my gorgeous apartment, all thanks to her. When I move again, I am using them (hopefully Becky)!
