You could not ask for a better realtor than Kreg Hall. We felt pretty lost as first time buyers, but at our first sit-down, he went through the entire home buying process from start to finish and made sure we understood all the ins and outs before we even got started looking at potential homes. We were so impressed with Kreg that first day and thrilled to find a realtor so organized, knowledgeable and personable. He set us up with a personal web page that updated us daily with matches based on our criteria. After extensive refining, we were ready to go looking. House hunting day with Kreg was a remarkably enjoyable experience. We looked at about 8 houses, and at each location, he gave us very professional, objective advice, pointing out the positives and negatives of each one, if any - often aspects we would not have considered about layout, location, etc. He never made us feel pressured; rather, we felt guided and informed. Once we made a decision on a home, he was right there every step of the way with the homebuilder and the mortgage broker, ensuring that we understood every bit of jargon, every piece of paperwork. During that long period of financing, appraisal, inspection and closing, we felt as though Kreg was not our realtor out to make a profit, but simply our friend and advocate. Buying a new home together has been a dream for me and my husband since we were kids, almost 20 years ago. To this day, I feel we owe Kreg a debt of gratitude for making the practical side of that dream such a wonderful, stress-free experience. He is everything a real estate agent should be and more. We will not hesitate to recommend him to all of our friends and family should they be looking to sell or purchase a home in the coming years.

Kreg was awesome to work with and was very helpful and supportive throughout our entire home-buying experience! Kreg was flexible and very dependable, and was even willing to show my husband and I homes on a Sunday afternoon. We were newly married and assumed that we were going to have to postpone our dream of owning a home together for a year or so. We met with Kreg one evening and discussed the process. Due to the many stories we have been told about how gruesome the home-buying process could be, we still had in our mind that we would not be moving forward with buying at the moment. The following week, we researched and discussed our next steps and the points referenced on the informative package provided by Kreg. Also, considering that we were expecting our first child, we decided to at least attempt to see what happened. Kreg was so helpful in purchasing our first home that when it was time to buy our second home. Even though we knew where we wanted to build it was so nice to not have to worry about getting the short end of the stick in dealing only with the builder. He had the knowledge that we needed and always happily answered any and all questions we had along the way and communicated with the builder on our behalf. Kreg exceeded expectations, actually he went above and beyond that in itself. He came to our first meeting overly prepared with color-printed & binded booklets with comps and market analyses, individually tailored for us. He did not try (and did not need) to "sell" himself, he simply took control and helped us get started right away. Because of his efforts, we received well over our listed price. Love Kreg! He was willing to work with us on our schedule and conveyed knowledge throughout the months of home searching. Speaking of which, even though we were VERY picky and took months to decide on the perfect home, Kreg never once complained nor made us feel like a nuisance.
