VIPs service was absolutely amazing. I couldnt ask for a better no-hassle, low-cost realtor. I used them for a rental property which I needed to rent quickly after my other marketing efforts were not working. The realtor moved with a sense of urgency and was always quick to respond to my e-mails and calls, which surprised me given the low costs associated with VIPs services. The best part is that he was very well versed about real estate matters and clearly not someone who was just dabbling in real estate. I definitely recommend them highly. I chose them over several others (who I located online via Google as well) because the realtor was so prompt and attentive to my initial inquiry. Others didnt bother returning a call and yet others who did couldnt get my MLS positing done for a few days. Fortunately I took that as a sign of things to come down the road and went with VIP. I couldnt have been more right -- VIP is about fast, responsive and thorough. Plus, the realtor had a high level of integrity which I think goes hand in hand with his attentiveness to my listing. If all this matters to you, you cant go wrong with this realtor. Good luck!

Bought a house with VIP realty and got the 1.5% rebate! The bad part is the rebate wasnt applied to the HUD. So VIP filed a 1099 which turned my supposedly tax free rebate of $5,000 into $2,000 because the 1099 was considered income. I reached out to VIP and they confirmed that real estate rebates should be tax free and they shouldnt have filed a 1099. However, VIP said they would not resend a corrected 1099. So I chose to take my business else where. If youre buying and want a rebate go with creekview. They offer a 2% rebate and apply it directly through the closing. Update VIP contacted me, and asked me to take down this review. Please note that they did not offer to fix the tax situation thus I have modified my review from 2 stars to 1 star.

Daniel Shaff is by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with or known. He is far more knowledgeable, more respectful, actual answers his phone or calls you back right away, willing to go the extra mile and beyond, puts out all kinds of fires that you dont even know about. He is the epitome of what a Realtor should be. My wife and I had several horrible experiences in the past with Realtors who really dont care about you. They dont return your call until several days later or dont even really help you find a house. Daniel cares! He sold our home in less than a week and found us a home right before we sold ours. He has become a good friend to us and I am so glad we found him!

Daniel Shaff was our realtor. We were first-time home buyers and he did a great job of educating us about the home buying process upfront and was almost always available to show us properties that we were interested in. He is very knowledgeable about current market values, remodeling costs, and looks for potential problems with each home. Daniel went out of his way to help us with some unusual issues at closing and followed up even after the purchase. The title and lending companies he recommended were also top notch. We really felt that he was looking out for us along the way and wanted to help us find a home that fit our needs and budget. We highly recommend him!

Recently moved to the Dallas/Ft Worth area and did not know where to start, so we tried VIP Realty and worked with Shellye Ross. I love Shellye, we did not know anything about the Dallas area and Shellye was patient with us and searched and searched for houses for us for two weeks before we finally found the one. Shellye also stayed real with us and was very nice. We referred all of our friends that were coming to the area to her and they loved to her too. VIP Realty has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars after listing two different homes for about $500 each. This time I paid a little extra for a lockbox, but I also got a yard sign. It is so worth it and I will never pay a 3% listing fee again. Both of my homes sold very quickly and with everyone able to access MLS this is the only way to go. Shawna listed my home and brought my lockbox and sign the day after I called!
