I cant even accurately describe how bad this process was made by Christie Cannon and her team. Lets start off by she let our Realtor show us this house, without telling her that they already had accepted an offer, she was looking for a bidding war. Our Realtor told her if it should fall through, let her know immediately. Well as fate would have it, it fell through and they lowered the price and we found out from the online listing- no call/email from the CC team. We put in an offer and Christie was completely unreachable, and even after the house closing, neither our Realtor nor the Title company could get a hold of her, only spoke to her receptionist or her husband. Our Realtor asked for a manager and her team didnt know who that was, and no one ever called her back. The excuse was she out of town or was on vacation - for a full month. Christie never presented the offer(s!!!) to the seller, completely ignored the time limit on the offers, and didnt read what we where offering, and then responded, thats not what the seller wants via email. No counter offer. After we countered ourselves 3 times, Christies husband confirmed she had not been reading contracts and we had already offered what the seller wanted. So now we are under contract, except she never put it on MLS, and still showed it, no doubt looking for backup offers. During our inspection Realtors were coming up to the house to show it with clients and were so upset that they looked bad in front of their own clients. We also asked that the house and carpets be cleaned before we moved in and the attached storage and miscellaneous items be taken out of the house in our contract. They agreed, only to send us a bill for the movers who emptied the house and a money offer to clean the house/carpet after we moved in-on the day before closing. We accepted the money offer for the cleaning, but moved into a trashed house because they wouldnt let us send housekeepers or carpet cleaners in before we closed. Christie Cannon and her team are a nightmare. An ex-employee of the Christie Cannon team had warned us how closing with her was the "worst closing of his career" and he had let her know that afterwords. They made an already intense process miserable.

After working with this team for 8 months, they were nothing short of spectacular. I used them both on the buy side (I was VERY particular in what I was looking for), and sell side (cant complain about multiple offers within days of listing!), and their professionalism and expertise was quite apparent. Excellent photography and staging, plus they were always flexible around my schedule. I will definitely be recommending them to friends/neighbors/coworkers needing an agent, and will be saving their info for myself in the future! Of their entire team, I dealt directly the most with Kristie Crotty and couldnt have asked for a better agent to work with. Excellent communication, friendly, etc. The office staff was always up-to-speed and on the ball as well when it came to documents and negotiations.
