Moving from the extreme heat of Tucson, AZ to Grand Forks, ND is challenging enough. Finding that perfect house is virtually impossible. And closing under unique and frustrating circumstances can be difficult. Robert was that steady, calm, voice of reason throughout our first home buying experience that made it not only painless but pleasant. As with all firsts, all other home buying experiences will be judged by this one. And the next realtor we use better have their game face on.
