I chose to work with one of Century 21s top brokers that held high star ratings from sites such as (Zillow, etc) however, almost immediately I was disappointed by my decision to work with Jaime Wickliffe. I contacted her in regards to a property investment that I had my eye on and from our conversation I felt as if she was highly distracted, disorganized and careless. After we spoke she informed me that she was going to get additional information that I requested sent to me via email, and follow up with me... However, I received NO email nor follow up and had to contact her to remind her that she left me high and dry... I had to also remind her what property I had contacted her about see image below. This tells me that she didnt even care to document a note on my inquiry nor have intentions to follow up with me or even pay the slightest bit of attention to our conversation. I would advise any other purchasers to take your business to another broker if you dont want your time wasted. By far my worst experience to date on property purchases. I am spending quote a bit of money and would like my experience to be pleasant and thorough. As of this review I have not heard back nor received the email...
