Will never do business with Lanae Humbles she is rude, she does not know customer service, she does not know full information on her own properties or what different services with the home , she is very incompetent , Very rude over the phone, hung up multiple times on my wife, does not listen, wont answer questions i have since she knows nothing about the properties or to lazy to look. very disrespectful. she was more worried about the house she had purchased for her self at the time that im sure she had no info about anything like she had no info on the house i was trying to purchase. had this much trouble before i could even look at the house my wife really wanted and could afford easily. and before i could go into make an appt. with her.
