Jeff Hahn and his assistant, Alyssa Williams, went above and beyond what any realtor typically does in terms of knowledge and service. They helped us sell a local rental property (we live in a distant city). In addition to typical realtor activities, such as professional marketing and hosting open house events, they performed a walkthrough for us and made recommendations regarding what we should repair and what could be left for the new owners, both inside and out.
