Wow I am so NOT impressed with this realtor or Linda Sparks, I called because I am ready to buy a new home and she sends me a "portal" of homes "she" has picked out for me, even when I told her I was NOT interested in a mobile home, 90% of the listings were mobile homes!?! I called about one of THEIR listings and all she has to say is I dont go our of my town! WOW Move on people find a Realtor who will work for you, selling or buying this one is no good. I would give them NO Stars but that was not an option.

I dont know who this Susan Cookly is that other people here have been talking about. Maybe I just happened to be unlucky enough to deal with everyone else. Ive had nothing but threats and awful experiences from century 21 judge Fite. If you can rent from an individual in Denton instead of century 21, place to be, or any other prominent realty company here, do that instead.

I was trying to buy house with them , but they make us lose our earniest money and spend alot of money on inspection and appraisal, at the end we got nothing plus wasting around 3 grands , I would not recommend them ,be careful and smart .

Their website is terribly inaccurate. Not one of the listings advertised on their website that we inquired about was still available. Even though they still had their signage in the front yard advertising it.
