To begin, Mr Rhodes and his team did their job when it came to their client. They secured a great deal for them, I assume. Of course if Karma is really a thing then the deal should fall through during the option period which I hope it does. This is a quote from another review made earlier this year.. "ZERO STARS isnt an option!! He had a house listed, sold it, didnt call back the other realtors that gave him offers on that house!! Unethical! Unprofessional! Not what realtors should stand for!!" Now this I agree with however my story is different but same. You see I made an offer on a home yesterday and my realtor was told over the phone the sellers accepted and we had a deal. This was AFTER by the way they had several other conditions such as a $500 option check and a letter from our bank that we were approved to purchase this home while we kept our existing home. So you see there was already back and forth which ENDED with THE SELLER and MR RHODES and team asking for these items. We complied right away and sent the contract when we were told, WE HAVE A DEAL. Now for everyone that has been or is currently in this same situation youll know its a very emotional thing which is why sometimes folks get so heated. I dont care that we lost the house, well actually of course I do. What I care about the most is the unethical behavior of this realtor and his team. When you accept a deal and then string us along for 30 hours only to accept another deal without giving me any opportunity to counter or speak about my ALREADY ACCEPTED DEAL you have gone too far. Also, we paid the asking price for the home. Apparently the real issue was we asked for some items to be included with the home the seller wanted to keep. OK THEN SO CALL ME AND ASK IF WE CAN DO THE DEAL WITHOUT THOSE ITEMS! Seriously! Anyway, Make your own decision. I will be sure to tell this story for many years to come..

The Rhodes Team has been great to work with over the years. We purchased our first home 8 years ago with our realtor Doug McCalib, which was quick and effortless(as effortless as it can be for purchasing a home). We decided to sell last year with Doug and The Rhodes Team, they listed and sold our home with great care and attention to detail to get the best price possible. The whole Rhodes Team was incredible from the first phone call I made to the office. They have gone above and beyond since day one. Ive had unusual circumstances, and if my direct agent (Carter) couldnt help me immediately (which 9.5 times out of 10 he could), then his assistant (Rachel) could! I cant even remember how many houses we looked at, but they never made me feel like I was "too picky" or "putting them out" or anything negative. I never felt pressured to settle on a house, and actually when I started to settle on something, Carter would respectfully advise me. His patience and knowledge was So great and made the process of buying AND selling, great! They sold my home within days. Lisa was great in assisting us to find a new home. She showed us numerous options within our price range and was very patient with us. We gave her a time frame of when we need to find a home and get into the home and Lisa spent almost 12 hrs with us in just one day in order to have a good idea of what our top 3 options were, since we were crunched for time. She has been there every step of the way. Ive never really thought to use a Realtor, my mother insisted and Im extremely happy we did. One great benefit I found was quit amazing, is that The Rhodes Team allows their clients to reserve their moving trucks, which are both a great size at no cost!!!
