I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude and sincere thanks to Robert Stevens and Bold Roofing for the professional work they did on my home roof replacement. Last year, after a large hailstorm passed through Flower Mound, Texas, I started getting insurance inspections and estimates on my roof damage. I even had my brother, an independent contractor, look at my roof. Fortunately, my brother told me to contact Robert Stevens and have him make an estimate for my roof damage. HERE IS WHERE YOU HAVE TO ADMIRE WHAT ROBERT DID FOR ME! In the roof inspection Robert found a manufacturing defect in the shingle tiles. He took and downloaded pictures of the defects to my home email address; he told me exactly where to go to fill out the proper documentation to pursue a claim against the tile company; and he continued to monitor my pursuit in the claim by coming out several times to my home. Due to Robert’s diligence, my claim was accepted and I essentially received a practically free roof. The other two roofing company inspectors and my own insurance claims adjuster either ignored or did not see the tile defect. It was Robert’s professionalism and attention to detail that made the onerous task of getting a new roof manageable. HE SAVED ME THOUSANDS Of DOLLARS! Also, his crew put on a fantastic new roof in two chilly days in February, and a year later I have yet to find a stray piece of shingle or roof nail. I am not looking forward to the next hailstorm, but I do have the satisfaction in knowing that if and when I do get another damaging storm, I will be able to call Bold Roofing to get the repair done right.

My roofing experience couldnt have been better. We had hail storm earlier last year and our skylight got hit and broke the outer surface. I called several companies but among all of them Bold Roofings responses were professional. Bob showed up on time and took me over the roof and explained me the hail damages. After I signed the contract, the insurance company came to inspect and they did not pass the roof for replacement. I called Bob and said the insurance company did not approve the replacement so just let it go and I will just replace the skylight. But Bob insisted me to escalate it and protest with the insurance company for a second third party inspection. I reluctantly called the insurance and to my surprise they agreed for the second inspection. Bob came out for both the inspections and the second time over the insurance company agreed to replace the roof. Also Bob found some damages inside the attic and the ceilings and pointed them to the insurance person. Eventually the insurance paid for the roof, and also some interior sheet rock and paint. After the roof was replaced I had some questions and Bob came out the very next day and cleared all my doubts. I can see why most of our neighbors went with Bold roofing and has to be a reason. I found couple of our neighbors went with other roofing companies and did not had good experience and wish they had called Bold.I will not hesitate to recommend Bold roofing to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement. We have already recommended him to at least 3 people. Thank you Bob!!!

Thank You Nathan Myers from Bold Roofing, exceptional service. Guided me step by step till my insurance company made payment and everything was settled. After April 2014 hail damage in the Frisco area, I noticed that several homes next to me and around the community had their roofing done. After doing my research I saw many good reviews for Bold Roofing and called them. A few days later I got a call from Nathan Myers, he is very easy to deal with and walked me through the whole process. Once the job was scheduled, the work was done efficiently and my yard was left clean. For any questions or concerns I would just text Nathan and he would take care of the issue. Bold Roofing must be very proud to have Nathan represent their company, as my family and I are very thankful we selected Bold Roofing and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. My house also took a hit from the hail storm on March 23rd, 2016 and thus needed a new roof. My neighbor referred me to this company Rep as he was getting a new roof. I had a 2% deductible on my insurance policy. The Rep offered to replace the roof absorbing half the deductible limit but few days later, he said he can get additional $12K from insurance because of other repairs and will knock off the deductible. But I ended up paying $3K more after surrendering all the extras from insurance due to a TRICKY clause in the Contract. So, the same job cost me extra $6K! LESSON: Read the contract carefully, scrutinize and question before committing, or dont use this Roofing Company ever. Also rude over the phone.

Was told one thing, then another, then was told my husband said one thing but didnt and then blamed me that certain things wouldnt be done. Only the roof was done and we had to beg to get them to do the rain gutters. Our insurance and the appraiser stated what needed to be done. What was sent to our mortgage was our insurance showing what needed to be done with their letterhead on it. We were told that all nails would be picked up by a magnet, but we keep finding and stepping on them in the yard and driveway. We have two tires with nails in them and had to replace those. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will never call them again to do my roof.

This rating is a result from an interaction I just had with a sales rep who rang our bell and knocked on our door, despite the prominent "No Soliciting, Please!" sign by our front door. He started telling me about their work on our neighbors roof and I cut him off in mid-sentence saying "I guess you didnt see the sign by our door". He just ignored me and continued on with his spiel so I pointed at the sign and said "The sign says no soliciting". He still wanted to tell me why we should hire them so I just shut the door in his face. Terrible business practice if you ask me; Id rather chew on razor blades than give our money to companies that do this.

Robert Stevens at Bold Roofing is an angel! He met with us on a Saturday, we scheduled for him to come back the following Saturday to meet with the insurance representative, and a week later we had our new roof! Weve own this house for seven years and met with the insurance company several times. Robert did in 2 weeks what we had been trying to do for seven years. The crew that replaced our roof were very professional. They arrived on time and so neat and tidy! The shingles were installed with care and the roof look wonderful. Thank you Bold Roofing!

Bold roofing replaced my roof 8 years ago and a leak was found shortly after their replacement was completed. They repaired the leak (supposedly) and now its leaking in the exact same place they did the repair. They refuse to do anything about it, including having someone look at the issue and offer an estimate for proper repair. The owner Bob is well know for his team making terrible decisions. They removed the wrong roof from a house in the past. Obviously if you want poor decisions made about your roof chose Bold!
