Bert Roofing was awesome to work with, we had some tree damage and we wound up buying a whole new roof from Bert Roofing. Bill Young came out and looked at the damage, walked the whole roof and it quickly became clear that there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. Bill came back out twice to meet with two different adjusters. We wound up applying our insurance claim plus cash out of pocket to replace the whole roof. The crew was great, they worked fast, did half of the roof one evening and came back and finished it the next morning (Saturday July 4th). They cleaned up everything, and came back the next Monday to walk the roof with me. Bill Young made sure everything was taken care of and reminded me to let my insurance company know that we bought a new roof, and I just found out that the new roof is going to reduce our premiums by about 20%. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend Bert Roofing to anyone, and will definitely give them a call the next time I need some roofing work.

Last year my roof was shredded by hail. Bert Roofing, who was recommended by a friend, came to my rescue. They did a great job of working with me and my insurance company. David Spaans, with Bert Roofing, took the time to walk me through the process so I was comfortable with the entire process. Not to mention that they did a great job replacing my roof. Added bonus, they were quick and did a thorough job cleaning up after the job was done. And now we come to this year. I was one of the many unfortunates in Plano that got hit with killer hail again this year. My new roof was trashed. Shoot, this time even my Hardy board was pummeled, not to mention to my fence. Well, Bert Roofing to the rescue again. They were even better to work with the second time around. But dang, I sure hope that if theres a 3rd time, it wont happen for many years to come. I highly recommend Bert Roofing Inc.

I recently had old insulation removed and new insulation blown in. During this job, my contractors uncovered so much debris left in my attic years ago by Bert Roofing that the job could not even be completed. Ultimately, it cost me hundreds of dollars to have someone come in and remove all of the trash that Bert Roofing left behind. What lazy and unprofessional work. The company that originally blew in the insulation after the roofing job neglected to clean up your mess and blew insulation right over it. Dont worry, theyll be getting similar reviews all over social media. Its too bad that Bert Roofing cuts corners and does shoddy work. I actually need a new roof and was going to give you repeat business. Its a wonder my roof has lasted as long as it did. God knows what other corners you cut. Shame on you!

We had to have our roof replaced this year, and we hired Bert Roofing to do the job. Were glad we did. First, we had a difficult existing roof removal to deal with. The roof that was on our house was tile, and we wanted to replace it with shingles. Getting the old roof off the house was a monumental task, mostly because it weighed about 25 tons. Bert roofing not only got it off, but they did so with amazing speed and almost no damage to any part of our property. Secondly, their clean up was fabulous, and this was a dirty mess. The job to put on the new roof was almost handled with speed, quality, and affordability. I highly recommend this company.

Bert Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. The entire staff was easy to work with, and we had an easy time with billing. Their team was courteous to our neighbors, and cleaned up thoroughly. True to their word, they picked up 99% of leftover screws, materials/debris! It was a great customer experience, and if we ever have roofing needs again, we will be using them.

Very professional. Did things right the first time and explain what they are doing. Years after they replaced my roof, I had an issue due to a tree next to the house. They were able to look us up and know exactly what was on our roof and sent someone out to fix it ASAP.
