I would like to thank the people at FairClaims Roofing for doing a great job on our roof. Our team manager Saul Martinez came out and went over our project, we had to have our roof replaced due to hail, we had windows broken not to mention the pock marks on our trim and gazibo. Saul was very detailed on our options, and personality checked out each of the problems. He gave us a very good quote on what the cost. I found that Saul was very prompt in returning my calls and professional in his dealings. I am very please with the quality of work, their being on time for each of the repairs and the cleanup after the work. I would defiantly recommend Fairclaims, and specially Saul as the team leader.

Kept us up to date on the scheduling so the work could be started and completed in the shortest amount of time. He was there with any needed follow up. Great Service! Dakota Carson, our sales guy, was awesome! We got hit by 2 Hail storms this spring in Wylie and he was always there for us by phone and in person and my for my parents when we needed him. We got a new roof and even upgraded it for free! Call him! He will work with your adjuster and give you the best advice. My parents even used them for their windows and other things they needed besides just their roof. Very easy to work with.
