This is a TERRIBLE place!!!! My friend and I went there to get a haircut. I showed the guy a picture of the hairstyle that I want. He seemed didnt look at it well and I was keep asking him if he knows how to do it. He didnt answer me but start to cut my hair instead. While cutting my hair, his comb keep hitting my ear and it was really hurt!! After that, he put me to the washing hair chair and the lady came over. I can’t believe she used the COLD water to wash my hair and it was very cold on that day. Unbelievable!!! When I look at my hair after they finished everything, I was so SHOCK!!! He didnt do it right! It was totally look different from the picture. He cut my bang so short and both sides look very unprofessional way. I asked him why and even showed him a picture, but he tried to ignore it and walked straight to the back. Then I showed to another lady that one of my side is longer, she fixed for me, but it was already too short so there was nothing she can do about it. He even didnt clean the cover well before putting on me so there was a lot of tiny hair on my new dress front and back. The cover was very DIRTY! They even MESSED up my friend hair as well. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anybody, unless you want to get a haircut like me. It was very DIRTY, RUDE, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL!

This place is awful. I felt like because I wasnt Korean they tried to run me out on purpose. I asked for a wash and style. They argued about not wanting to wash my hair because it was wet. The lady who washed my hair treated my hair like she was washing clothes in a river bed. She was pulling my hair so hard. I could hear her damaging my hair. I continually asked her to be gentle and she kept pulling chunks of my hair out and laughing. I finally walked out. The place smells horrible and I didnt see a single cosmetology license out. There was no disinfectant used between clients. They are incredibly rude. Its not even up to regulation really. Avoid this place at all costs it needs to be shut down.
