A-MA-ZING!! I researched a lot of salons and read through a lot of reviews to find PROFESSIONALS to cut and style my hair, while living in the Carrollton area for the summer. There is a reason Muse Hair Salon has such high reviews; because they earn them. The minute I walked into the salon to the minute I walked out, customer service was great. My stylist, Anna, knew exactly what was going on with my hair and what needed to be done to make it look longer and healthier. It was also like she was reading my mind regarding what I wanted. She talked me through every step of the hair cut and showed me what she was doing. She explained, for my hair type, why specific methods were important to get the results I asked for. This is something I appreciated and have never experienced during a cut. She told me what products she was using in my hair and why. I left that salon feeling, and looking, FAB-U-LOUS! Almost a month later, I still look in the mirror and tell myself how much I love my cut. If you’re looking for a salon with REAL PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS, reasonable prices in the Carrollton and Dallas area, and super awesome customer service, look no further. I am also bias toward Anna because she represented Muse Hair Salon so well by the wonderful treatment she gave my hair! This salon just set so modern. I cant wait to have my next cut after I move back to the west coast!

I had been going to a great salon regularly for months but it was just too far away. Id been looking for a new hair salon in my area for a while that would live up to my expectations, and after several bad haircuts, Im glad I tried Muse out. Chris Lee has been cutting my hair for a few months now and he is very meticulous and consistent with my hair. Ive always left Muse happy with the cut, and I can tell Chris puts a lot of effort into his work. It was apparent that Chris listened to my feedback and remembered my preferences, because he was able to make small tweaks to style it exactly like I wanted--I dont think I would find many other stylists that would be able to do that to the same degree Chris has.

This was my first time at the salon. I brought my 2yo son here to get his hair cut. He has a fear of the buzzing noise the clippers makes so he was moving his head and crying. I understood why the male stylist refused to cut his hair after a few attempts but what he said afterwards really offended me. He said he couldnt continue with the hair cut because "people in America would see the crying child and call CPS on him because they would think he was abusing my son". I understand that you dont want to cut his hair because of his behavior, but a child crying during a haircut does not constitute abuse. Maybe it was a cultural misunderstanding, but as a mother I was extremely offended

Anna always does a Great job with my hair like no one else has..cause its fine, limp & unruley, but she cuts it in such a way that flows with how my hair naturally wants to lay and the cut also always compliments my features & seems to take off a bit of age along w the old hair. Plus She is smart sweet & humble. Anna must be a Natural to be so young as the Perfect Stylist in my book and my hairs BFF

I am so impressed with their service. Anna team here are very attentive and so professional! Love the service very friendly. The prices there are reasonable, and it is worth the money. Anna who cut my hairs, took her time to create my new hairstyle, very focus to details and this is one of the best haircut Ive had in a long time! Very great experience cant wait to come back! Anna was so nice to squeeze me in an hour before they closed. The shampoo experience was awesome, and although it was a fast haircut to turn off all the dead end I was treated like somebody that was spending hundreds of dollars! They definitely just made a new client :)
