I Dont Care Whats Wrong With Your Car, Please Dont Take It To This Place. I Guess $400 Is The Base Price For Anything They Do. We Have Paid Them Thousands Of Dollors Over The Years Just To Have To Bring It Right Back And Be Charged Another Outrageous Price For Something That Wasnt Done Right The First Time.... They Take Advantage Of People And Do A Bad Job. Dont Believe Me? Get A Quote From Them Then Get One From Another Shop But Dont Let Them Put Their Hands On Your Car. They Are YouTube Mechanics, Uncertified. The Only Business They Get Is From The Older Women At The Church Who Dont Know Any Better And Dang Near Charge Half Or Most Of They SSI......Bless Their Heart.....Wrong Is Wrong. Satan Was Also Spiritual Before Falling From Grace. With That Being Said, Do Not Be Deceived By Fake Stars Or Reviews And Deal With These Guys @ Your Own Risk. Never Ever Will I. #BLESSED

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went to this shop in August of this year to get my struts replaced. I only wanted my left side done but the manager Darrell and his employees decided to put the strut Auto Zone sold me for the left side of my car on the right. When I got to the shop he swore the strut Auto Zone sold me was for the right so they ASSUMED despite my instructions to repair the right side which was never a problem. I was then forced to buy a right side strut for the left side of my car to be fixed. After I paid the fees and left my car continued to screw up. I had the dealership check my car out just to inform me I was right. They placed my struts on the wrong side of my car. I will never do business at this place again, and recommend you not to either.

Fantastic place. My family and I were traveling home to Houston and our car started to make an odd noise. We were towed to Ingrams and instantly knew we were in the right place. Service was excellent and all were very friendly, even letting my son watch them work. I am forever grateful that they saved our car and the end of our vacation trip. Highly recommend them!

I was passing through Dallas on a PCS move for the army and the tire and hub came off my trailer. Ingram & Sons worked all day and had me back on the road by the end of the day. Great service! and great job!
