My air started blowing hot so I took it in and asked to get a full diagnostic on my AC. They said it was something leaking and told me the price. The price is 300.00. I paid for the repairs and the guy says "yea, give us that income tax money". My car was working fine for a few days after that and I took it back in today and they tell me that there is another leak and they want 300 more dollars. I think they only want money and because I was a woman that walked in with 2 kids, I was their target. What is the purpose of paying for a diagnostic if they cant give me an accurate diagnosis? I am upset and very frustrated because now I have giving Firestone 300 dollars and Im still having the same problem.. RUNNNNN

On February19 we called to set an appointment. We showed up 15minutes before and left our truck for more then an hour. When we show back up our truck had not been serviced yet. We asked why? But no one knew. We asked to speak to the manager but he keeped hidding around. So why set an appointment if the job will not get done? To top things off we where not the only ones going through this. In the end we didnt get our alignment. No one has called us, no one has tried to apologizes, no one has tried to set us up with another appointment. This place should be shutdown, so unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 to replace 1 damaged tire. They finally started on it at 4:00. Whats the point of making an appointment if you cant honor them? Its unprofessional and it shows your contempt for your customers. This is my second bad Firestone experience. I wont get burned again.

The service is always great here. The Manager and his front help are very knowledgeable and take time to listen and explain what you need and what services were performed. Will definitely come again!

They have a new Manager named Jim. He is all about the customer. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and sees that all repairs are correct the first time.
