UPDATE...again: Neiman Williams, youre a pos scumbag to pose as a satisfied customer(again he WORKS there) to lure in innocent people to your boss ripoff shop. Funny how there were negative reviews that were flagged(you know, THE TRUTH), yet these fake ones remain, and youre too lazy/crooked to even make it less obvious. You clowns would rather rip people off and lie about what you do...or DONT DO and make a bunch of bogus 1 review accounts on google and other review sites to inflate the rating of this ripoff lot that you call a business. You are nothing but a flunky yes man to your scumbag boss. Whats the next 5 star reviewers name, Neiman Williamson? And while were at it, why dont you mention how you called like a raging baboon to a customer, threatening to take my car when all I did was respectfully ask questions, or mention your BS daily storage fees? Also, these scumbags after lying publicly about me, like the Neiman customer clown here, they blocked me on facebook since I DARED mentioned the truth about them, and thats after they tried(and FAILED) to flag my review enough to where it would be removed. They lied about what happened, so I responded saying that I had the text messages the neiman fool sent me. After lying about me, they blocked me since they couldnt refute what I posted. They cant have the truth posted about them can they? Just TODAY alone, they spammed 13 ads on craigslist lying about what they offer. You cant even do that on a single account. So its clear that if theyll sink that low to spam ads, theyll make fake accounts here to inflate their mainly negative rating. If I can prevent even just one person from being scammed like I was by these crooks, then I know Ive done a good thing. If this were a good business, they wouldnt have to post fake reviews, or flag the actual reviews from people that dealt with you crooks. UPDATE: Ignore the FAKE 5 star reviews...it once again shows how much they are willing to LIE to lure in innocent people like me. How do I know this? For starters, these fake reviews read like advertisements. And of course, the fake review by Neiman Williams...well HE WORKS THERE! The same guy that assured me my then car was fixed, but gave me an unsafe car with a check light. I was lied to several times, the first lie is despite their online ads claim, YOU WILL be charged for towing with repairs. My car stopped twice because of mistakes they made by not fixing the mechanical issues with the car, while they fixed little things that didnt effect how the car ran. When the car died on me for 2nd time, I had to pay city tow fee, their tow fee, another diagnostic on why my car stopped again(completely bogus), to go with my invoice for $416. When asked what was wrong with the car, the mechanic said that he didnt know...why was I charged a diagnostic if you cant tell me whats wrong with the car? I was told my car was test driven but later told that it wasnt. I pointed out specific issues with the car to the owner himself and he told me that they would be fixed, but when I finally got the car, those werent fixed. When I finally got a written invoice it said I refused mechanical repairs which is another lie. You wont get a written invoice until you pay 30% of a verbal estimate, along with giving them your car title. When my car stopped for the first time, the owner avoided me completely, which left me dealing with his mechanic/tow guy who was just as bad. He lied to me and said everything was good with the car, only for the car to stop again because of things that they were supposed to fix werent. Then he tried to cover himself by blaming me for not telling them to fix it. Despite being told my car was good, they gave me back a car with a check light and a cluster(gas gauge) that didnt work, which left me guessing how much gas was in the car. "You didnt tell us to fix that." They knew it was an issue, as I was told of it when I got a verbal estimate. They are rude, lied to me several times, and dont do respectable work.

I "financed" a car from a dealership in which I was under the influence the car was in good condition. I Payed $600 down on a 2006 Marine blue PT Cruiser on September 28, 2016. I was told in total the car would be approximately $7,600 some and I would have to pay some kind of fee or deposit within a week in which they presumed it to be October 5, 2016 the price of $200 then my $170 bi weekly payments would start the following week on October 12, 2016. I questioned about the Check engine light and one of the ladies exclaimed it was something they reset on the car. Upon me signing paper work on September 28, 2016 I didnt receive any copies of the paperwork or car records before I drove off the lot. On Thursday, September 29th I went back up to the car lot to give them the mail with my name and address on it and still did not receive any paperwork and I was told they were going to check my Oil and water. On Monday Night, October 3, 2016 the car blew a rod on the highway. The car never had an low oil light on and shouldnt have ran out of oil within 4 days anyways. Although, I purchased the car "as is" I ONLY had the car for 5 days and they still have not gave me any information about our contract agreement or vehicle information. I was told Wednesday, October 5th, that if I could put $300 down towards another car they will give me another car other than that if they can fix it they will and call me the next day to update me after the mechanic checked it out. Today, October 7th, I called and still didnt receive any information but that the mechanic has been busy. EVERY SINGLE TIME KATY SAY SHE WILL CALL BACK SHE DOES NOT ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I CONTACTED HER TODAY NOW SHE SAYING SHE CAN GIVE ME ESTIMATES ON THE REPAIR COST. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF DO NOT BUY THOSE BULLSH*T A** CARS THEY ARE "FINANCING". THEY EVEN CONTACTED ME I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THEM

Ill first say they have never seen/touched my car, but thats exactly why Im giving them 5 stars. The key in my Range Rover would not turn in the bay at ALL and being new to town I called a few mechanics to get estimates, find out verbally what they thought could be wrong. Giovanni (sp?) told me what other mechanics said - its probably the key switch and gave me an estimate of $1500 just in labor. But he also told me that before having my car towed to him, to call a locksmith because there is something (he gave me the specific term but I forget) that they can do sometimes to get this to fix this issue and obviously for way less than what he would charge. I get a free locksmith through my auto insurance company and sure enough - that solved it for me! So Im really grateful for the honesty and the fact that he didnt try to just get my money. I actually called him back later that day because I forgot the word he used to describe the fix and although they were already closed, he answered and took the time to explain it to me again. THANKS and Ill be in just to get a check up soon!
