This was my first visit to Accent, I normally do all my work on my cars but this was my Mercedes CLS with a suspension Airmatic problem. I was referred to Accent by a Friend. and I must say I am very happy with the service and interaction with the owner. I was shown what was wrong with the car and exactly what was needed to repair it. I asked for my old parts and he immediately provided my old Airmatic pump and relay. I was most impressed at the fact that unlike many shops that mark up the parts, the cost of the parts was less than what I could have got it off the internet. The time allotted for the job and their hourly rates was also very reasonable. Dont expect the free cappuccinos at the Mercedes dealership and a hot super model bimbo chick to greet you and make you feel special. Just a group of honest hard working people that will give you a fair price and honest work. I will definitely be taking my car back to Accent when that dash lights up again with a serious and/or complicated issue.

So I bought a 96 BMW 328ic knowing there were a few issues with it, nothing crazy. By a friends recommendation, I came to Accent to get it looked at. Overall, it was a positive experience. Old school BMW parts can be a pain to find, but Accent has a local source for parts that arrive within a day. Plus, theyre very reasonably priced - so no need to trawl through the internet. Labor costs were also very reasonable. There was a point where I regretted getting the BMW, but coming here reassured me that I made the right choice. Junior is very attentive to customers, and Mel is really good at fixing things. The only thing I wish is that they were more courteous with setting expectations for how long something will take to complete. They seemed extremely understaffed when I went in which no doubt affected wait times.

Austin is the only mechanic I know that is highly knowledgeable in BMWs. Everytime I bring my car to him, he ALWAYS has the solution to ANY problem I have. He even found my cars vibration issue over the phone without even looking at it! Any other mechanic would of easliy charged me a "diagnostic fee" of $125 and tell me to swap out my entire drivetrain components lol. Austin made me realize I needed to put was a tiny 5mm washer to line up my differential properly. That only cost me 22 cents at home depot! Dont waste your time with other mechanics who will tell you anything just to rack up the labor charge. Not many people are honest like him. I highly recommend Accel for anyone needing to get there car fixed.

Great job, Mel and crew! Your NIssan expert proved absolutely correct. Those sensors you expertly DX and replaced are now evidently working 100% after a few miles on the clock. The tach is stable again under load and the car is sure-footed like it has been in the past till those two sensors went out. My fear of intersections is passing and the car doesnt feel like it is going to stall on me. In the dark late last evening, the car performed flawlessly in the most moist of thunderstorm conditions and lashing rainfall and I felt completely safe again in a reliably responsive automobile. On to replacing the AC system next... you guys are the best! Integrity is Job One! You have it...

I have been a customer since before the owner decided to branch off from a well known German Automotive Repair Facility and start the Accent brand. He was the only person that I would let touch my cars. He has now groomed his son and a host of hand selected technicians and I trust any of his team to work on my vehicles. I can give you the number of cars (7 BMWs and 2 Infinitis) that I have had scheduled maintenance and repairs performed on. What I cant give you is the number of friends and family that I have referred to Accent. If youre tired of the dealerships burning holes in your pockets for the same quality work give Accent a try. After spending a ton of money at a couple other places I finally found a BMW Repair Service that I can honestly say will be the only place I will ever take my BMW to again. While every one else can sell you something and make a quick buck fixing a symptom and not the problem,this place has the knowledge and cares enough to explain the real problem saving time and money. I wish I would have found them thousands of dollars ago! Hands down the best BMW mechanics in all of the DFW Metroplex. If your going anywhere else you are wasting your time and money.

I used to take my BMW 750Li to another shop, who quoted me $900 to repair a small valve and replace a hose. I gave Accel a call and asked for a price quote. They said about $400 which is less than half of what the other shop wanted to charge me. I took my car to Accel and decided to give them a try. They ran their own diagnostics and then called me saying that only one part needs to be replaced, and total was going to be around $200! Completely honest. Very professional and friendly. I will bring my car back here again.

Great Service and Honest opinion. I was suspicious of a steering rack leak, and took it to BMW dealership, they wrote it off as a "condensation and dirt" build up. Was recommended here by a friend, where Quoc and Duy, not only explained that it was indeed a leak, but what caused it and even showed me other components that were ruined and durability diminished. The repair pricing was very reasonable as well, thanks guys, bringing my car here and only here, from now on

I received the same quality if not better work at Accel than I would a Classic BMW. The next thing is price of course, the dealership can not compare to the savings I received. Brakes and altinator replacement gave me sticker shock at Classic, I have the same parts OEM parts the dealership would have used at a better price from a down to earth owner/operator. Same parts, same certified technicians, A+ quality, reasonable price! I found MY mechanic. Aone0

This place is awesome. I started doing repair stuff on my car myself , because every place I would go people would jack up rates and over charge for repairs. Qu is awesome I needed his help last minute with some thing. So I called and he was able to work me into his already busy day. I have a few other things I need done on my car in the near future and those project are beyond my ability. So Ill be calling him for his help again. I recommend him.

One of my better car repair experience. My 2005 BMW 5 series needed engine oil topping every 600 miles. Accel diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. Drove over 1200 miles since the repair, and the car works fine. Cost is very reasonable and customer service is excellent. Would recommend to check out this place before taking your vehicle to dealership.

I have a 2011 535i (F10). Im so pleased with the work done to my BMW. The service was quick and my technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He really tried to get to know my car and its repair history to help me stay ahead of any other maintenance issues that may arise. This is a business I can trust!
