Dudes, I came from California to Duncanville for work. My 1995 Mazda mpv started making very bad noises....I took it to City Garage, and Leonard told me it was my timing belt..He told me what it would take to fix it. The found other problems along the way.....they were very very GOOD.... I was so stoked to get my van back, it ran like new...Just before i left Texas to go on to Iowa, I stopped by to get a tune up....Once again they totally dialed my van out...IT HAS NEVER RAN THIS GOOD...My (vanna red) hums.....I am so grateful to these guys. They do quality work..Some old guy worked on my van, cant remember his name but he did me so right...These guys are knarley.....(in normal talk...They are Professionals.)..Thanks dudes...

I want anyone needing automotive repair to know that City Garage #4 features some of the finest staff i have ever had the honor of working with. Tim is the manager and is also our lead technician. His honesty and exceptional skill set are what sets the course for our team. I have 33 years of experience and i have never worked for a company so devoted to earning customers trust with honest and accurate diagnosis of problem followed by top notch repair..I am trying to learn all i can from Tim,Gina(the problem solver),Chuck and Philip that I may one day be as valuable to them as they are to me. City Garage goes above and beyond for their customers. They listen to what you have to say. They are willing to work with all types of financial constraints you may have. They are very fast...I brought my car in at 9am, and by 1:30pm they were done replacing both my catalytic converter and starter. She purrs like a kitten now. City Garage of Duncanville makes car repair hassle-free. On a side note: This is the cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen. It almost feels more like a hospital waiting room, rather than a lobby of a repair shop. I will take my car here for as long as I live in Duncanville.

I had to bring my dodge avenger in for some work and not only did they point out the issues but also other things that were wrong because of the problem. Gina Martinez was awesome she helped me get a tow for some dealer warranty work, got me connected for a rental car and kept me informed at every step. The folks here at City Garage are all top notch, the mechanics are super knowledgeable and quick, the staff are all just as nice as they can be and very helpful. I dont trust any of my cars at another shop, dealer included, over these nice folks.

This place is the epitome of the phrase "rob you blind" . They take the most expensive estimates and routes to fix your issues, youll end up losing a paycheck or two for a job that should have costed 1/4 of the price. The husband/wife duo is also a fail. Uncomfortably listen to them bicker with each other at front desk while you sit and wait for your car. The wife is particularly snarky when answering questions. Know what things cost to replace/fix and avoid these crooks. I have no clue how this place has such high ratings.

My wife and I were driving from Memphis TN to Austin TX and our truck broke down Early Friday evening in the Dallas TX area. We had the truck towed to City Garage and spent the night in a hotel. The next morning, they were very sensitive to our dilemma and prompt on analysis and recommendation to fix the vehicle. They also picked us up at the hotel and carried us to the shop while the truck was being fixed. The price was fair, the work was good and their hospitality was excellent. My vehicle was at City Garage for extended warranty work. City Garage went above and beyond for the warranty company to cover the repairs. Most repairs were covered thanks to the persistence of City Garage. They discounted the remaining cost for my vehicle. I feel safer driving my vehicle than I did prior to their service and repairs. They do not cut corners and you can be certain that the repairs are done to spec. I highly recommend City Garage. You wont be sorry you chose them for your automotive repairs!

I stopped by this location to get a blinker light bulb change. One of the guys looked at my car, came back in and told the lady behind the counter something and she had the nerve to tell me the cost would be $127 because they were going to have to take the whole front end off. I laughed. I went across the street to Jiffy Lube and they charged me $5. it took about 5 mins. You guys should probably get some qualified mechanics on your team and stop trying to rip prospective customers off. Now, I know.

The people are friendly they greet you as soon as you walk into the door. They address you by your name and they talk to you if they have known you for years. Out of all of the auto service centers i have gone too even the dealerships here in Duncanvill, this pmace is by far the neatest and most comfortable service center I have ever been too. Keith was great! He was very helpful and explained my trucks problem and how they was going to fix it. He explained it many times to me and my family until we was knowledgeable. He never got irritated or acted less than friendly. He worked with my work schedule and even found me extra discounts. I will be coming back here for any problems with my truck and will spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks Keith and City Garage! My truck runs great!

I was truly happy with City Garage and their employees. They were great and they took very good care of me and my vehicle. I even love how they handle an irate customer that was upset over a family matter.(nothing to do with City Garage) That customer wasnt nice and was rude. The lady at City Garage handle the situation very professional and with a smile. If I ever need them again, I will use them and recommend them as well.

Since being swindled by the dealership (Went in to get air bag looked at and got we cant let you drive out of the repair area without charging you $150 so you might as well let us flush your transmission), I have not done all the recommended maintenance. Gina and crew gave me the skinny on what was wrong with my car, simply. It was even prioritized. Solid, solid people doing business here.

I have always gotten straight answers, precise quotes and honest explanations from City Garage. They havent told me I needed things fixed immediately that I didnt need to fix immediately, but have given me plenty of time to plan ahead. Their prices are quite fair and reasonable. Its the only place I go for service.

This was my first time going to City Garage. I was truly impressed with the front desk staff. Gina and Rey were amazing and very knowledgeable on my car. Gina explained to me what they found. The mechanic was great as well. Very nice. I didnt quite catch his name but he was tall. I will definitely be returning!
