I brought my car to this firestone because the one in grand praire could not get the steering wheel straight on my alignment. These guys got it right on the first try. I normally dont trust places like this because they dont usuallt look out for the customer but I didnt get that feeling here. The customer service was great as they listened to my issue and got me in quick on my appointment the next morning. Not only did the tech get my alignment right he took the time to show me what he did and how he did it. That is what impressed me the most as they didnt hide anything. My car drives as expected and I could not be happier. I would definitely take my car back here if I cant fix it myself.

Took 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation only to find out they cant do my tire rotation because one of the bolts is stripped and the claim they cant get the tire off. Really? Your a tire shop.... You dont know how to remove a stripped nut?

Called them to price a flat repair, and they said they could probably do a no-charge repair -- which they did, with a smile! Both patched and plugged it, and also rebalanced it!

We needed tires on a Sunday and they did not have the right tires, but a mechanic was able to go get them and we got the tires put on that day. Great customer service!

Good service but slow as hell it took two hours just to get one tire change i came at 3:30 and the car went in at 5:22 they help you out yes but they are slow !

Someone told me to come get my tire patch since i had a nail and its FREE. Well they wouldnt because of where the nail was. Went elsewhere and had no problem.
