The attendants at this location is friendly and helpful at face value. However, I took my car there because the ABS light was on. The attendant made me believe they would run a test that would determine the problem. He then told me I needed brake pads and rotaries for the front. I agreed to the repairs and the cost. They had my car on the rack from 12:00 noon until the parts arrived around 4:00 pm and another 1-1/2 hour to put new parts on. Once they did the work and brought the car down the vehicle wouldn’t start. They left the car ignition on so the battery now has run down. They didn’t tell me I notice them running around pulled a vehicle in and asking for jumper cables. So I ask, they thought it was funny and jumped my car off. Which I eventually had to replace the battery because now it wouldn’t stay charged. I drove the vehicle towards home about 10 or 12 miles from the shop and the vehicle continue with the same problem. Made a U turn and went back to them, he put it back on the rack, pulled a pad off and ask me what did I do, how far did I drive? Now I am looking at a new pad in his hand. He proceeded to tell me I need a pistol and caliber. Now he’s talking to me like I just caused this damage and its doing the same thing why we walked in your shop in the first place. OK he says, I will change out piston/caliber and replaced the new pads for $300. Now I just spent a day at this shop paid them $365 for brake job. Now, I am questioning the piston because most people are saying why would you need that if you are using your vehicle every day? Now I am nervous but I needed the car and I felt like they started this problem they would fix it. So I said lets fix the car. Again, drove off after repairs vehicle doing same thing. The vehicle felt like it was not going to stop which is the reason I took vehicle in to this place that specialize in brakes. Now three times at the shop and I still have the same problem. I take the vehicle to a work repair shop and they put it on the machine and the ABS reading to replace EGR pressure sensor is bad on the back. After Just Brakes on Camp Wisdom ripped me off $665.00 or the simple fact they just don’t know what they are doing there. The real problem with the car was $170 repair. A replacement of a sensor. I warn anyone that goes to this place to be aware. It may be a simple problem so get second opinion. These type of places teach there attendants to keep making a problem to get the customer to pay. While they do this they will smile in your face and pretend to be helpful while they screw you. I will notify all my church members at Concord down the street from them DO NOT take your vehicles to this place for brake job. And let me mention the area manager was called and he was nasty. The guy made a verbal agreement for $300 on the 2nd repair and they claim they system was billing for $385 and at this time I’m like, you created a few problems with my car and my car is still doing the same thing. They sold me things I didn’t need and I still had the same problem and wanted me to pay more than what was agreed. The area manager on the phone was irate. Be aware of this place.

Weve gotten our oil change done here several times now, and every time has been seamless. Decent prices, no nonsense service: What more can you ask for? Also, we got our brakes changed from a Groupon last year. I went in, they took the car back, and 30 minutes later the mechanic came out and told me the brakes still have about 10,000 miles left before they needed to be changed. So he told me to come back for the brake change on the last month the Groupon could be used, so that I dont waste any brake usage. Needless to say, I was impressed and grateful.

Stopped in to get my brakes checked out. Was told that I needed a complete package; drums, pads, rotors and wheel cylinders. Close to $800. Had a complex reason that had to do with seized calipers. Took it to local independently owned mechanic for second opinion. Needed pads. Under $200. Either the mechanic was ignorant or he was up-selling unnecessary work. I think it is the latter. I could be wrong. But I dont think so.

Seemingly good service, but two days after I was told by them that my brakes were "in great condition" and all the problems had been "fixed" and that I had a "warranty", my brakes completely stopped working and I was told I had to pay for more repairs. Needless to say I wont be back.

My experience with the people at this location is AWESOME! They keep me well informed with issues regarding my vehicles, and are quick to contact me when either, my vehicle is ready ahead of time or if there will be delays. Extremely good team working at the #21 location.

Came in for the $99 brake job. Had an appt at 12 Im still here at 2:49 after I decline ed all this excessive work they say I need on just a brake job that would run me over $2,000. Nice guys but I pulled up parts & they were over charging by $100 on some. No way.

They have treated me well and save me over half the cost the dealership wanted for the brake work they did. I have continued to go here unless it is a "have to" to go to the dealership. They are first on my list when my car needs work.
