Beware of this place. They are fraud people. I went there to get an oil change and oil filter, so as soon as I get there they start working on my car and they said it will take 10-15 min. But it ends up much faster than that! When technician was parking my car I asked him did you changed oil and oil filter he said YES! And again I asked him did you changes oil filter too? He said yes we always do filter with oil. I changed my oil last time so I knew oil filter is in bad spot so it takes at least 15 min to replace it. When I got my keys I went and I checked my filter and It was same one that I changed last time. So I went and I asked the owner what brand oil filter you used and he said we always use mobil its white color, which mine was Bosch and blue when I told him why you guys didnt change my filter they got shocked and they took my car in again. The owner refund me in full but I figure out they are fast because they cut corners and they skip hard part and sometimes they skip replacing oil filter or maybe they do it all the time! Beware of this place. They are fast for a reason !!!!!

Exceptional service! I brought my Xterra in with electrical and transmission problems. I had already tried another shop and they couldn’t find the problem after holding on to the car for 4 days. I knew this would be a challenge when I brought it in to Kwik kar. Steve and his team took their time, diagnosing and getting to the root cause. If you know anything about electrical problems, it can be a black hole of endless charges. They did not overcharge me and they made sure I only got parts for what I needed. I received timely updates and estimates on how much everything would cost. The cost way lower than the dealership and lower than another major competitor I looked into. They were very professional all through the process and the service was excellent. They went above and beyond my expectations. I got my car back and everything works fine. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. You will not get better car service anywhere else. Much Thanks to Steve and the Kwik Kar Frisco team.

This Kwik Kar location is phenomenal! I rarely, if ever take the time to review anything but Steve @ KK earned it. Myself, like many others including you reading this review, always cross my fingers in finding an honest car repair shop. But with myself and my wife both utilizing this new KK location in Frisco in the last 6 months has reassured our opinion, these guys are awesome!I have felt nothing but both honest sincerity and above average quality in this service location. Dealing with Steve (mgr) has been a pleasure, his honesty in not overcharging for unnecessary work, then going above the repair work needed and not charging a dime (ex.cleaned two heavy stains in my wifes floor mat, cleaned battery corrosion) speaks to his integrity in business. Trust me as long as Steve is managing this location, you are in good hands. (And NO Steve is no personal friend of mine but he is my car repair go to guy @ the moment) If you are in need of honest, quality car repair go here immediately.

Ive been to another Kwik Kar in Frisco and got tired of the constant up-sell tactics so browsed Yelp and Google ratings to find another auto service center as my inspection was due. This one is just minutes from my house and the reviews were good so I decided to give it a shot. From the second I drove up it was night and day compared to the other Kwik Kar location. A gentleman met me at my car and then walked me to the lobby. This doesnt sound like much but it made a big impression. The lobby is clean, comfortable and actually smells nice. Not that I had much of a chance to enjoy it. By the time I got my iPad out and settled, they were done. And NO up-sell!!! I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Ive been putting off getting my inspection for almost a month because its always such a hassle (even at the dealership). I dont generally write reviews but I was so impressed I had to take the time to do so.

Beware of this place. They are fraud people. I moved from NJ to TX few weeks back and went to this place for out of state inspection. Ram Alluri was the person who attended me and pointed various problems in my car and said your car will not pass inspection anywhere in TX. He was forcing me to get those things fixed. But my intuition worked and I said that I will show my Volkswagen at dealership. Believe me my friends there were no problems in my car and my car passed inspection and i register in TX. I m not going to this place again. Dont go to this place. I am letting all my friends know about this fraud place.

Left my car to receive a car inspection. Had around 5 cars ahead of me. Returned the next hour to pick up my car. I see everyone of the employees sitting around, some having their smoke break. The front desk that I handed my keys couldnt remember why I brought my car in. One of the employees car was parked in Handicap with no Handicap sticker or license plates. I watched him walk to his car and put something back up in his trunk and came right back to work on one of the cars. He found my keys sitting outside the window ready to be inspected. The business was Inattentive, unprofessional, and not caring.

I highly recommend this place. Ive had transmission issues with my Honda lately and was recommended to Kwik Kar Auto Center by a friend. They have taken great care of my vehicle, being patient, explained whats going on and dont try to sell me items I do not need. The service was quick and fixed my transmission fluid leak issue. Im glad Ive found a reliable, trustworthy auto shop that does quality work. I will recommend The Kwik Kar Auto Center to others who need routine maintenance or major repairs! A one stop shop for all your auto repairs.

I went to Kwik Kar because I wanted a car center that close to my job. The establishment was also very clean with free WiFi and a kids play center. The staff and owner was very friendly and professional. The establishment is always busy, but gets there customer in and out in a timely manner. I needed my brakes done and fluids, and let me know that there was a special with the combine repair. They were efficient and did a great job! I would recommend my friends, family and clients to go there.

The best part about this Auto Center is, You get done very quickly. Since I moved from Seattle they are the only ones who I go for an Oil change. I normally come during the lunch time for an oil change and before my lunch time is over my car is ready to go. I dont know the owner personally but I had a chance to meet him and I assure you he will do anything to win your business. He really takes care of his customers. I would definitely recommend this place.
