Best over all value in the auto repair industry. If you care at all about your vehicle these are the guys to take it too. Their knowledge is beyond anything you will get from the delership. Ive always found in life you get what you pay for, and if you want it done right the first time take it to Christian Brother in Frisco. The guys in the front are extremely helpful and dont try to over sell me on things I dont need but will always tell me what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Their mechanic David took time out of his day ( even though thats not his job) to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, whats caused the problem and what it would take to fix it. 10 stars if google would let me!

The workers here are very humbling, understanding and genuinely great people. I brought my car in for a specific fix and they never tried to upsell me. They quoted me a price and it was then fixed, notes were given about things on my vehicle that were dirty and needed attention sometime soon. I was able to get a ride to college and that is a fantastic service they offer. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and we talked briefly about the moral code this establishment has and upon leaving was left with a firm handshake (rare these days)! If you are having problems with your vehicle, bite the bullet and have these folk check it out, you wont be displeased.

I have been to this shop and have come to know the owners for awhile. They are honest people with an honest staff. Bruce and Philip are exceptional as are their technicians! I, too, have known somewhat of my car problems but I understand if a repair shop has to confirm the problem with diagnostics because I could be wrong. Plus, if they are going to warrantee the work they do they need to be sure of the problem. Its kind of like a doctor taking the word of his patient without any testing or taking the word of another doctor. As far price, there are always repair shops who are willing to do it for less but I want someone I can trust rather than save a few dollars.

When you go there say Hello to Phillip and Chris. This specific Christian Brothers is great because these guys have consistently shown they know what theyre doing. After getting bad information over and over from other shops Ive come to know when they quote you the repair its the right repair and the right price. I trust the quote, that its the right recommendation for the fix, theyll fix it right and theyll make sure its done right. They have a valet service that will take you back to your house and then pick you up when the repair is done. This has made the experience of getting repairs done a much easier and nicer. I highly recommend these guys.

Friendly and polite staff. My A/C had a leak, I couldnt find the leak so I took it to get diagnosed. They reported almost all components were leaking and that it would cost $1500 to repair it. The price was way out of my range, so I decided to do it myself for $500. After replacing all the parts that they said were leaking, and recharging it, the system continued to leak. Turns out it was a $35 hose that had a crack in it. If I had paid the $1500 for the repairs, I would have still had a leak. If you are planning on going here I would suggest a second opinion from another mechanic before dropping tons of money on repairs. I would rate this shop as fair.

Ive been using Christian Brothers in the Woodlands for years. When I moved to Frisco, I was excited to find that they had a shop in the area. Ive used this shop twice since moving here and have found them great to work with. This morning I took in my truck with Pep Boys told me needed an alternator. However, after taking my truck in there were no problems with my alternator....however...they did discover that Pep Boys had apparently taken the belt off of the alternator (to show me it was putting out no charge) and then re-installed it improperly...so now I need a new belt. I would trust this shop with any repairs I needed.

Even after I told them where the problem was. I went to Christian Brothers and wanted them to replace the EGR filter for me. I already know where the problem was, and brought the new filter that I have purchased online, but I dont have necessary tools so I couldnt change it myself. But they insisted on doing a diagnostic for $99. So I went elsewhere, the filter is $50, the labor is $40. The problem was fixed after the replacement. It would probably be $200 at Christian Brothers, and who knows if they would accept my filter and insist using their own.

I took my care here over a year ago for an oil change. They told me the brake pads needed replacing. When I got the car back, the brakes squealed. I waited a couple of weeks, just in case it was initial wear. I took it back, and they supposedly tried to fix it. No dice. They tried to tell me that it was just too hard to get every air bubble out and get everything lined up. What they really did was use lesser quality parts, Im sure. A year later, the brakes still squeal. My dealer tells me there is still good wear on them, though.

They replaced my radiator after the original cracked, but the replacement blew ~9 days after Christian Brothers 1 year parts and labor warranty expired. Of course I was frustrated, but upon returning to Christian Brothers they were very kind to me and did not hesitate to replace my radiator again under warranty - both parts and labor - as it appeared to be a manufacturer defect. I was certainly surprised by their kind attitude. They have won me over as a lifetime customer. I would definitely recommend this mechanic shop as trustworthy!

HIGH prices, courteous staff and TOP COSTS for anything. They charged me $237.00 to change my battery and did not get to it for 24 hrs after I towed it in. It took them 20 minutes to put it in. I complained about $237 to replace a car battery and the guy, very nicely, said they have the highest rated mechanics. I said I didnt need the highest rated to have my battery replaced. Go here if you want to pay TOP DOLLAR for anything. Christian and over priced..they will honestly take your money.

Being far away from home and having your new car break down is stressful and very upsetting! I had no idea what to do or where to go. Someone told me to call Christian Brothers. I called them as I drove down the road at 10 miles per hour with my hazards on in a terrible rainstorm, lost and confused. They stepped in and stepped up. Took care of it all, including dealing with my insurance company. Kept me in the loop with constant updates! This is where you need to get your car fixed!

I wish I had discovered this place sooner. Far greater integrity than any other shop Ive been, especially the dealerships. They dont try to upsell you, they dont fake problems to charge more. They give honest answers. Theyre reasonably priced. And, hate to say this because its sad it happens elsewhere, they dont talk down to me because Im a woman. That coupled with good techs and great customer service makes me an official customer for life. :)
