They refuse to honor battery warranty and the manager Ryan THREATENED TO CALL POLICE! My battery is only 2yrs old and has 3yr FREE REPLACEMENT warranty but still they tried to make me pay. He said it was his decision and that there was no one else to talk to about it so Im screwed. The warranty terms are clear: 3 yrs free replacement and I have my receipt! My battery was the SUV and its better than the Gold but they dont make it anymore so they tried to downgrade me to the Gold. When I bought it, they called it "our best" and they charged more than the GOLD. Now they conveniently down-grade you and if you dont like it, you can leave and if you dont THEY CALL THE POLICE!! They left me with nothing so took my dead battery and went to Autozone to get one that works. Sears Auto has a long history of rip-offs and scandals! Check online and see for yourself. SEARS DOESNT KEEP THEIR PROMISES I recommend getting your next battery at Autozone. They have the same warranty and its good at more locations. Sears is closing stores left and right and might not even be in business in another 3yrs. Autozone also has a reputation thats worth protecting. I havent had any hassles with them.

Worst experience ever from Sears and I am a return customer! 1st I scheduled my appt two days in advance and when I arrived I was told it would take 2 hours (ended up 5hrs) because they didnt have all the parts and they had to pick them up (even though they knew what work was to completed 2 days in advance and should have ordered all parts then). After all the strut and shock work was complete I drove home when my VSC Trac, ABS VSC Off lights all came on (never happened before). I Called Sears and returned later (6:30PM) and was told the techs went home ( I thought you close at 7PM) and that those lights were on when the tech worked on it. I told the acting manager those lights werent on when I dropped it off but he just blew me off. Seriously blew me off. So after 5 hrs (with fussy hungry baby and stuck there) and a trip to the dealership to confirm and repair the sensor that Sears damaged. UPDATE: After going back and forth with corporate and the the Frisco location Manager I was told they would reimburse me for work Toyota performed to fix what Sears tech damaged. I appreciate this but still very frustrating experience overall.

I scheduled my appointment 2 days ahead, even got there a few minutes early. 1st of all I was not greeted properly, then I was not told how long it was going to take. After waiting for 38 minutes, they took the car from the parking lot and parked it near the bay. Total time 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change. Btw place was not busy, EVERYONE was dragging there feet like they didnt wanna be there. Thats not all, After my car done and brought to the front it was taking a very long time so I decided to go look at the register and there was the mechanic Marcus TALKING to another worker while he has my keys and paperwork in his hands. Thats ridiculous!!!

I took my car into the Sears Auto center in Frisco for 2 new tires. They damaged two of the rims when they were pulling the tires off. They tried to get the rims fixed 3 different times, each time coming back with something different wrong with them (tires mounted backwards, one rim polished, the other brushed, etc). They kept my car for almost 2 weeks. When my wife went to pick up the car she was shocked that they still had the nerve to charge for the two tires! The manager was rude and unprofessional. If you like your car dont ever take your car to Sears in Frisco.

What a huge mistake it was to use this place for what was supposed to be a very simple service - installing a set of tires and an alignment - that turned out to be a nightmare. They refuse to own up to their mistakes- very poor customer skills... Offer you absolutely no resolution to any problem that arises and damage your property in the process. There are a lot of better choices out there. Stay away from these poor excuse for an auto repair shop.

What a strange place! I dropped off my car on Saturday and Jennifer said they would call me back. Two days later and 12 attempts to call them... and no answer. I have called both the direct line and the store manager and get nothing. This is a customer service nightmare. They may be good at repairing cars (we will see), but they are awful on customer service.

My tire blew on freeway and car got towed to this place so they helped me out. They put on spare tire for free and since I had dealership warranty on tire they didnt try too sell me new tires but said I should take it to dealership for warranty repair since that should be least costly to me. Defiantly coming here when tire warranty expires. Super friendly guys

Awesome Service. No questions asked. People are very informative and dependable. I had my tires replaced late last year. One of my tires had nail stuck in it. I took it in and they took the nail out and re-balanced the wheel and reset warning light. I had questions that had nothing to do with tires and they were kind enough to answer those questions.

Bad customer service, Jerry is a nice and helpful guy but not Josh, he always ignore the client and refuse to answer! Service is okay not clean, have to go to carwash after service to clean the hand print from all over the car

Couldnt even fix my battery and definitely messed up a fuse connected to my battery. Horrible service and the manager walked away while we were trying to get the situation resolved. DONT GO HERE.
