Horrible place, dont take vehicle their to get fixed because they dont explain in detail what so ever what is wrong with your vehicle and what has to get fixed or should get fixed. Poor customer service and They screw you over. Just walking into their shop seems very shady. When your explaining what is wrong with your vehicle and what you think it might be they dont seem interested as in wanting to hear your opinion how your vehicle been acting. Also after all the labor is done, doesnt explain in detail exactly what they fixed, how they fixed, why it needed to be fixed. They also try to get more money out of you by giving false information that doesnt need to be fixed in order to get more money out of you. They are rude and disrespectful they give you the shortest answers and explanation of what they did as possible. I feel they dont treat their customers with respect and how they should not only treat the customers with respect. They have no regards for your property, they dont seem to care to keep your vehicle in the best running condition. This was from my one and only first time experience I was not only disgusted, but very disappointed, and upset how they didnt seem to care about fixing my vehicle, all about money more than anything. When I was explaining to the employer/s what was wrong with my vehicle in one ear out the other, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle the employer just mentioned your total is this much, and No overview of what they all did and found with no detail. I even asked the employer questions relating to the overview and gave me very little information. After finding out what they said what else was wrong with my vehicle, found out there was nothing wrong from another auto shop. Which made me to NOT TRUST them repairing my vehicle safety. Wont be having my service ever again!! The auto shops I have gone to in the past and One main one I go to now treat me with respect and my vehicle. And they give me plenty of detailed information when I drop my vehicle off explaining to them whats been going on with my rig. Also when labor been completed I go to pick up my rig, they give me very detailed information and they answer any of my concerns or questions I may have. At least I know where I go now that I dont have to not only worry about my vehicle not running, also I wont be getting screwed over, they explained in detail on a diagram how and why they fixed it and dont give false information about a part needs to be replaced when its fine.If you dont want to get screwed over on price and what actually Needs to be repaired, and very shady. I highly dont recommend anyone to have their car serviced there.

I purchased new rotors and front brakes from Meineke a little over a year ago. I bought into the "lifetime" warranty deal they provided for my brakes as well. Midway through the summer I began noticing a high pitched squeak when I would reverse and have the wheels turned. I also heard grinding when I would turn at low speed going forward. Being I had the brake warranty, I took my car back to Meineke to look at the brakes. The worker told me it was a glazed rotor(which rotors arent covered on warranty) that it would be 200+ dollars to replace. I was mad about this and decided to replace the rotors myself for less then half the cost for them to do.(it took less than a hour for both) Being the only coverage on the warranty was the pads themselves I took it back to have them replace the pads because the problem wasnt corrected by replacing the rotors. After the same tech that told me it was for sure the rotors and Henry(the owner) finished test driving it to find the source of the squeak, they came in and told me they thought it was coming from the center of the car. And suggested to get an expensive sound test done to find the source. I disagreed and said it was rotary. He then said they would put brake pads on but my warranty would be over(so much for lifetime) and I agreed. At this point Henry began to be a irate businessman. He brought my old pads in to show me the thickness on the shoes and I noticed that on the ends there was abnormal wear and rust build up. Henry then took them away and said that changing the pads wont correct the problem and that it was a waste of time and money. 15 minutes later they said the car is done and I had to pay 95.00 which of course was a surprise to me because they never said anything about a cost to replace the "warranty" items before doing so. After mentioning that, Henry said " You know, you are one piece of work" I then questioned him in the "quality" of parts and the "great" service he mentions in his commercials. I left very angry because I could have just gone to the part store and get the pads and put them on for far less then half that cost....and the problem squeaking I was having....is gone. I was correct, not Henry.

This is by far the worst place I have done business ever for anything! Last fall I had brought in my truck to get the fuel straps replaced because it was the closest place to where I was when they had broke and I didnt want to drive my truck far. Little did I know how they do business here! In the process of them fixing the straps they must have bumped the fuel line and broke it. When I had driven it home, I noticed that it was leaking gas steadily, which it wasnt before. So I got it towed back over there, and I had to get a whole new fuel line. Anyways they had told me that the fuel pump needed to be replaced and they would do that free of charge. Well they didnt put it on the receipt. Well ten months later, so now...The fuel pump went out. I called Meineke, hoping it was in there system so we could get it warranted so I wouldnt have to pay for a whole new fuel pump. They said it wasnt in there system, and talking to the mechanic at a different shop that is replacing it, he said it looks like an older fuel pump. So obviously they didnt put in a new one even though they said they had! Zach, the manager had told me there is nothing that he could do about it. Zach goes on to tell me that the assistant manager that I dealt with last fall left one day and never came back to work. Zach also said that the mechanic that worked on my truck "had a temper tantrum about not getting a day off of work, and walked out and quit" I felt that this was very inappropriate for a manager of Meineke to say to a customer!!! This is a poorly ran business and I honestly dont know how they are still in business! I hope people dont have to go through what I went through there!!

Brought my car there for an oil change, it took over an hour and they quoted me $1,100 in repairs (new tires, brake pads and rotors, and they said I was leaking oil, antifreeze, AND brake fluid) that needed to be made. I told them not to touch a thing besides doing the oil change. Brought it back to my hometown to a mechanic Ive worked with many times to have him check out the issues they told me about. Absolutely nothing wrong, the mechanic in my hometown actually said the car was in better shape than most that have over 100,000 miles and was completely dry (no leaks). These guys are idiots, this shop demonstrates ignorance at its best. Do not, I REPEAT, do not bring your vehicle there for anything. Ive switched to a different shop in town to get my oil changed at so they dont intentionally make something wrong on my car just so they can charge me to fix it.
