I came here for a full check up and here is my experience. I cannot recommend this place at all. Was told my air filter was dirty (After overhearing them tell this to another customer over the phone) and that my spark plugs needed to be replaced because my valve cover gasket leaked oil into them. decided to replace them all myself. THE DIRT ON THE AIR INTAKE HADNT BEEN DISTURBED. They literally didnt even look. My fingerprints were the only ones under the hood. They didnt touch my spark plugs and my valve cover gasket was not leaking at all. Spark plugs were clean as a whistle and had perfect spark. Was quotes $468.00 to replace Coolant sensor and Thermostat. $175 in parts and the rest in coolant and labor. Turns out my sensor was the only thing needing replacement. $19.99 at Orielly and 20 minutes of my time. I threw the rest of the quotes away. Just the simple fact of them not even looking at my engine makes me distrust this place. The engine dust and grime doesnt lie. Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust, unfortunately this place is not one.

I am by no means a mechanic, but when I took my vehicle there for a diagnosis they performed a service on my vehicle and still didnt fix my overall problem. I mentioned to the gentleman at the counter I think my sway bar needs to be fixed and thats all they decided on fixing. Im not even 100% confident it needed to be fixed. Turned out it was my struts. When I called them back regarding the situation they attempted to make things right with me by Askin no for additional dollars to fix the real problem, but fell completely short of the expectations I believe businesses should provide for their customers.

I trust these guys with my vehicle. Everytime that I have come in to the shop with a problem, they help me that day to get me on my way. They are not a money hungry shop and do not beat around the bush and are very straight forward and honest. Which is great! Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

Had an unexpected car repair and these guys did a great job! They figured out the problem and had it fixed the same day. I also got a courtesy car which I wasnt expecting. It came in handy being I live 2 hours away, so my plan for a day of shopping wasnt ruined :)

I was able to get in right away, the guys working were super friendly and helpful, it only took 1 hour for everything to be completed. Great experience - my husband has started taking his car there as well and has been very pleased. Highly recommend!

Ive been here twice over a couple of years (I do most of my own car work). Once for a coolant/back flush and recently to replace a bad brake caliper in an emergency. Theyre honest and do good work. Ive had nothing but a great experience with them.

My father ran a body shop until he retired so I had to find a new place - I gave him the bills I got from precision after spending over 2k for a long past due overhaul (deferred maintenance on my part). Pop said hed have charged me more, ha.
