I scheduled an appointment online for a simple oil change today. A representative from the store left me a phone message while I was driving to the store. In his message, he explained that they were backed up and asked if I could leave the car there. I was already in route so when I arrived at my appointment time, the representative said that they were behind and they werent going to be able to get to my car anytime soon. Whats the point of allowing scheduling? I told him that Id not made arraignments to have anyone pick me up from their store and didnt feel like waiting all afternoon. He suggested I get Uber to take me home! How nice! Im supposed to pay for a ride home because of Goodyears scheduling problem? Still, I tried to be accommodating. I told him that Id leave my car there and give them time to service it. I was able to get a ride from the store. I asked the representative when I could expect the car to be serviced. He told me 4:30. I came back at 4:45 and saw that my car was parked in the same spot where Id left it. I walked in and asked for my keys and to pay the bill. "Oh, we havent gotten to it yet", another service person said, "but youre up next". NEXT?!? I leave my car with this store for 3 hours, AFTER Id scheduled an appointment with them, and they couldnt manage to do an OIL CHANGE under 3 hours?!? The guy seemed surprised when I told that I wouldnt be waiting any longer nor would I ever return to this store. They wasted my entire afternoon and didnt seem apologetic or concerned in any way. Theyve lost my business for life and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I meet to stay away from such a poorly run establishment. The owner seriously needs to reconsider who he has working at his store! 0 out of 5 stars!

My wife went in for an oil change this morning with a 6 week old baby and a 3 year old. We had a SCHEDULED appointment at 9:30 that we made online. After an HOUR AND A HALF, she was finally walking out. This is ridiculous to wait that long for an oil change...especially when you have a scheduled appointment. Typically when you have customers schedule appointments, you have a bay or two open for those that take the time to do so. Another thing is they charge you for everything under the sun to go on top of the oil change. All the addional fees are not even mentioned on the website. We will not be going back to Goodyear in the future for any service. I cant imagine how long it would take to get new tires. Probably will stick with Discount Tire on that one. You can schedule an appointment with them and they honor it. Also, I want to mention that I am not someone who gets upset at bad service very often, but this took the cake. Take the reserve appointment option off your website Goodyear, because there is no such thing that exists at this Frisco location. Also, make sure your customers are aware of what they will be charged up front, not after the service is completed.

Do not trust this lousy place!! My wifes newer car went in for a routine oil change and a safety inspection. The manager Freddy insisted that her four cylinder Honda Accord only used full synthetic motor oil. Of course she didnt know any better and said ok, even though the price was nearly double that of conventional oil. On top of that, they attempted to inspect the car and told her it failed. The inspection detail print out said some of the systems were not ready. After a long and heated phone call with Freddy he finally admitted to me that one of his techs had left the door open and drained the battery, which had reset her computer and the car had obviously not completed the correct drive cycle to pass inspection. He never disclosed this to us and we have already paid for oil change and inspection. To say were mad is an understatement. We took the car to Honda after this mess and they said this only could have happened through a disconnected/dead battery. Dont trust the guys!!!! Scumbags to the max!!

Since this location has been open I have had several personal vehicles and company cars serviced here with no problem. The issues started when my wife took her SUV in to have an oil change and flush completed. Well when we went to pay, the bill was much higher than anticipated as they did extra services that were not approved. I asked for Elvis, the Manager and found out he was on vacation and the supervisor working stated we approved all services, however neither my wife nor I approved anything beyond a basic oil change and flush. Well we needed her SUV back and had no choice but to pay and then later complained to corporate. About two weeks later corporate called us and said there was nothing they could do since we paid the bill. What should I have done, not paid and been without a vehicle until their corporate office call us? Not acceptable. We will NEVER go to Goodyear again and I would advise you to steer clear as well. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I write this review immediately following the service NOT received at this store. Needed 2 new tires and an oil change and it was agreed that a store rep would drive me the 2 miles home while the service was completed and came back 45 minutes later and said it would now be another 90 minutes for the car to be done and a waste of time to drive me home. Not trustworthy or honest and with so many other options run by management that understands customer service I will be shopping elsewhere and I would recommend thinking twice before making a deal to get work done here. They obviously will say anything to get the business. Shame that this type of business practice is found in such a great N. TX city. I will be reviewing this store on other sites as well. Need to be sure people are aware of the inappropriate business practices here.

The managers and employees of this shop are careless and do sloppy work. I visited the shop for an oil change and tire rotation on a Ford Fusion (very standard work). I was hesitant to trust shop so I removed the valve stem covers off the two rear tires to ensure they were rotated. The shop called me and said the work was finished so I returned, paid in full, and then discovered the tires had not even been touched! When I confronted the manager about it he argued with me and tried to make an excuse about him being at lunch. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the tires to be rotated and the manager offered no form of amends. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. I will not be returning to this shop for any services. This shop is overpriced, untrustworthy, and slow. Car owners please beware.

Horrible Customer Service. I had GOODYEAR tire that had less than 10k miles on it that had a leak from a puncture at the seam of the sidewall I was brand new to the area and a week prior had been in this store and bought two front tires for my Corvette and had the oil changed. I did not want anything for free, just a fair deal on a replacement tire, to replace the defect on the one I had. The guy at the counter was a sleazeball and wanted to charge me $468.00 for a replacement tire. I told him to take a hike. I called Discount Tire and they gave me a new tire at a prorated discount only charging me 180.00 out the door. I will never go back to this Goodyear again. Cant remember the guys name working the front. It wasnt Freddy, as he was pretty cool and gave me a good deal on the tires the week before.
