I went here for a simple alignment. They made me wait over an hour and a half then told me they DID NOT align my car and that I had a bad Tie Rod which they would charge an outrageous $350 to replace. I kindly refused their offer. Then they forced me to pay $30 just because they raised the car (really?). They never notified me of such fee beforehand. I was told they would credit me that $30 if I came back and got the alignment again. Well I got the tie rod replaced at a different shop (which charged me a third of the price as these guys by the way) but I wanted to come back here to get an alignment so I could get my $30 back. Since it was over a week I was last there, I called them this morning to make sure they would still credit me that $30. Halfway through my call as I was talking to them they HUNG UP ON ME. I called one more time THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. This is outrageous. Their customer service is appalling, their prices are far too expensive, and worst of all they charge their customers fees without notifying them beforehand.

WORSE EXPERIENCE ever...DO NOT go there to do your STATE INSPECTION, they will fail your car if a pin is missing and still KEEP YOUR MONEY. They didnt pass my car inspection last month because of a stupid wiper blade and a guy i met there told me that they failed his car because a stud was missing in the tire. I left and went elsewhere and I was able to pass my inspection that same day without making any adjustments to my wiper blades. The guy that did my car said its pure BS to fail me for something like that.

Have been here a copla times... the staff is extremely rude and cocky...they dont seem to give a rip about proper customer service...you ask them a question and they act like they dont care....Service is alright, but they dont give any options or alternatives and worst of all, they seem like they dont care if you shop there or not...There are many other shops in Frisco area..I suggest you go visit them

Came in for a flat tire patch job and found out I would need a new tire and new brake pads. I at no point felt like I was being pushed along to make any additional purchases. The business owner took me back into the workshop and explained the problems directly as well as what the solution would be. Awesome people would highly recommend visiting them.

Paid them nearly $1000 to replace the water pump and timing belt in my car. Two years later that water pump has failed and it will cost another $1200 to replace it again. For a high cost repair like this they should be putting good quality parts in so that I dont have to keep making $1000+ repairs to my car for the exact same part going out.

The personnel are always friendly and courteous. Waiting room is always clean, and they always have coffee! They get your vehicle as promptly as they can(which is usually real quick); they do a good job in fixing whatever might be wrong with your vehicle. Oh! they also have a sense of humor which comes in handy.

Always friendsly and honest about the necessary repairs. Ive had quotes from other places and went here to have a completely different list of repairs recommended and be a lot cheaper. Upon getting these repairs, they were right about it and the other quotes would have been repairs on things unnecessary.

I love taking my car here, normally when I get my oil change theres always a dirty filter (swear they must hide one somewhere) or theyre showing me that my oils black, so when they do say something isnt right I definitely trust them to recommend something.

Treated me well, knowledgeable information, although overpriced. The place is clean, quiet, and nice, and for those of you who dont know a whole lot about mechanics, the bump in cost is probably worth it to know youre getting what you need.

If you havent been here in a while, give them a try! Had a very good experience. They did some minor repairs to both of our vehicles and let me know what repairs might be needed in the future and what it would cost. I will go back.

congrats to goodyear. you got me when i had no alternatives. $360 to replace $30 in parts. I should have sprung the $50 for a rental car to find a place that would have charged me the steep, but more acceptable $200 - $250, i guess.

I asked how much to fix a flat tire (nail, in the tread, not the side) and was told by a gripey employee it is $29 and we dont have time to fix it. Sorry, I went to a competitor who happily fixed it for free.
