TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation!!!! Unacceptable!!!! Not to mention Beverly showed NO interest in me as a new customer. Not even getting my address. My vehicle takes synthetic fluid so Im used to paying $60-$70 dollars for an oil change; NOT $165! PLUS, my tires didnt get rotated and pressure was never checked! I know this because when I turned off my car the uneven tire pressure warning light came on. Terrible service and they RAPE you on price. I was in the business for 15 years until about two months ago so Im fully aware of pricing and how to give good service and I PROMISE YOU...THIS WASNT IT!!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I am now their customer for any future repairs! Brought my ride with overheating problem - they called and said radiator cap needs replacing! In my mind I was thinking radiator is toast, water pump, you name it . - I was pleasantly surprised! They had all the opportunity in the world to up sell me on all kinds of repairs - instead, they earned themselves a customer! I saw only one review with 1 star that said they had to wait for their car to be done - Ive done enough 10 minute oil change visits to know you are rolling the dice on those! Anyway - luckily I work walking distance - and Ill come here to do any future repairs!

This place was just purchased by a young couple, and they are doing a really commendable job trying to build relationships with their customers through exceptional service - as in fast, cheap, high quality work. I brought in an old Ford Freestar minivan that needed new ignition wires to pass state inspection, and they got it done for faster and cheaper than anybody else I called could offer. Sherry was a great service advisor, which was probably helped by the fact that shes also an owner! We will definitely be returning to them for future unexpected maintenance and repair needs.

They are the best auto shop Ive ever found. Beverly is truly excellent at what she does. Costs are quite affordable for the level of service and speed of response. They work very hard at making the most important fixes and improvements without selling services that arent necessary. I trust them implicitly with all my cars and constantly recommend them to others.

YES!!! So glad I found this shop! They didnt try to sell me on everything under the sun; the lady at the front (Sherri; who I think is the owner) called me and told me that my brakes still had 40% life in them so they dont need to be replaced... wait what??? She didnt upsale me on them.... I was floored. The shop is a hidden gem. I am SO glad I found this place.

Stopped by last week to get a weird noise checked out... the owners were very professional, no haggling about what else they could change on my car (like regular service shops).... to the point, got it fixed and extremely affordable. I would definitely go back again.

Seems trustworthy. I suggested things change the ATF and coolant they first examined them and found they did not need replacing. oil change was 37 dollars with larger engine / extra oil, and well worth it.
