I was really surprised at how nice the shop was and how comfortable it felt being there. I have had some awful moments at other barbershops in pleasant grove and this was my last option before choosing to go all the way to south dallas for haircuts. Man this is Best haircut I have all year so far and looking forward to the next time. P.S. The kool-aid pickles are bomb...!!!

My son is special needs and it takes someone very special to work with him, Kia Mitchell, is special. He works with my son and treats him like a human being. The barbershop is professional and friendly. My son wont let anyone else touch his head. I havent been impressed by many people, but the men of Lol made a lasting impression and Kia has a customer for life.

My son and I have been visiting this particular barbershop for about half a year. We had not found a permanent barber prior due to the lack of consistency and overall poor customer service in others. I can say that my experience here has been completely contrasting. We especially appreciate the relatively prompt availability in scheduling.
