I have to say that this place is more of a business than an actual MMA gym. I paid for three months of training because they require 3 month or 6 month commitment which is a bad sign right from the start. When i asked for information i was told i could go month by month but the day i came back to sign up i was surprised i had to commit. I unfortunately had to miss a whole month of training because of minor injury i had to heal up. When i called the owner to see if anything could be done like use the credit on the next month once i healed. He went on to tell me i had to tell them before the whole month started, that i was not going to be able to train. Not only that but that i also needed a doctors note as proof. No disrespect but I am a full time college student i dont have time or money to go see a doctor when i can barely pay my own school tuition. I wasnt trying to get free training or cheat them or even asking for a refund. I feel i was cheated, they couldve easily checked and seen my membership card was not scanned once in the whole month. He said next time i had to tell em with plenty of time beforehand, like as if i planned to get injured. Not only that but they failed to inform me of this kind of policy before i even signed up. There is always a different person in their front desk and most of them dont even know any prices or policies so theyre no help. And when you ask for the owners they are barely around. Beware that they do have a lot of coaches turnover, i had two different wrestling coaches and like three different muay thai coaches within 3 months. Sometimes when the actual coaches were absent they would ask one of their students to run the class. Some knew what they were doing others just pushed the beginners way too hard and did not know how to actually teach. I was told the owner was the head jujitsu coach but not once did i meet him or learn anything from him. I believe he spends most of his time in their other location which is great but why say he was going to be the one teaching when that was not the case. This place does teach boxing, jujitsu, muay thai however their wrestling class is very disappointing. If you are looking to learn actual competitive MMA where you combine the actual different disciplines look elsewhere. There is not one class where they teach you how to use everything youve learned and begin to put it together, how actual MMA should be. Overall i feel it was a complete waste of time and money if you do decide to sign up be sure to get all the information you seek from the actual owner and if you dont feel comfortable having to commit there are always other gyms out there.

If youve never taken a martial arts class before, this is probably not the place to start. This is the place to begin after youve been training 6+ months. This is an incredibly well-maintained gym, with instructors who clearly know their stuff. However, in the Muay Thai classes, they are not equipped to handle beginners, specifically adult beginners. I attended the "all levels" (includes beginners) MT classes for a few months, and unfortunately the instructors were either uninterested or unable (I believe its the latter, its hard to scale a class for all different levels, and I understand that) to teach beginner form, technique, etc. I understand it takes about 6+ months of consistent training to gain experience in any martial arts area, but its difficult to do that if you cant secure training in the first place. As for good things, the instructors are respectful and clearly knowledgable, and the facilities are great. Additionally, this gym is female-friendly, and I really appreciated that. Therefore, Id highly recommend this place if youve had previous training/experience with martial arts.

Ive been training with Professor (Coach) Mohler and the Mohler MMA team for 2 years now. Professor Mohler surrounds himself with amazing people, both his coaches and team included. When youve been here for a while it really becomes a family. But it doesnt end with the since of community. The training you get here is the best in Dallas, for beginners and experienced alike. I cant stess enough how beginner friendly the team and coaches are. Ive trained at a lot of different gyms in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex. I can honestly say, Mohler MMA is the best. The jiu-jitsu program is amazing. Coach Mohler is very detail oriented, and is always encouraging students to ask questions. The MMA program is fortified by some of the best coaches Ive trained with. The fact that UFC fighters seek this school out says as much. If you have any doubts, just come check it out. See for your self. Again, its very beginner friendly. Bonus: they have an amazing spa! Cryo, massage chair, sensory deprivation tank. Amazing!

Ive been coming here since around August, and it is great. Coach Mahler is awesome and explains the techniques in. Way thats easy to understand. Hes funny too. The people that train there are really cool too, everyones nice and the experienced are always ready to help the inexperienced. Theres no pressure to compete but its recommended.plus we tend to do pretty well in competitions. The rates are good, no sign up fee or anything, and you can go to as many lasses as you want which is great and hard to find in any other gym.with the fee you can also train may Thai and boxing. Also great instructors. And its safe, promise you wont die. The gum. Is also undergoing expansion. It was a nice size before, but were all excited for the growth.I highly recommend it. The price drew me in and the classes kept me in.

I love the environment and the staff are awesome! Im usually picky on where I sign up especially when it comes to my kids. But I have to say from the moment I stepped in I knew that this place was going to be it. Of course the test came when I brought my 4 yr daughter and 5 yr son to their first class. Lets say I couldnt make them stay quiet after the class was over! My kids were excited to show their dad the moves they learned! But best of all I saw their confidence come up after their first class. As for me lets say I was nervous to come in to my first class but all I have to say it wont be my last. The coaches are awesome and they help you out with any move or question you may have. Thank you Guys! Keep up the great work!! :)
