The element that sets this establishment from the others in the area is the equipment; very smooth, very controllable, and in magnificent condition. The other factor, customer service is unparalleled with the utmost of urgency to accommodate current members and visitors alike. The establishment has obviously attracted every top notch competitor and trainer from the North Dallas area. The nutrition and supplement store is under the auspicious guidance of former USA champion Steve Kuklo presenting a host of supplements to further enhance the competitive athlete. The drawbacks to the facility relates to the dis-configured arrangement of the equipment; no thought has been given to arrange the pieces by body part; henceforth making it easier to find. Perhaps this has not materialized due to the overall small size of the establishment. Another very serious drawback which could render legal ramifications and a very foul law enforcement reputation is associated with the demonstrative athletes who are members and the synthetic supplements used. While doing treadmill cardio I personally witnessed two exchanges in the parking area; very obvious to anyone who has been in the gym business as long as I. It is realized that Pro Gym has yet to work out the kinks of the business in many areas, but when this occurs this facility of metabolic change will definitely be the place for the serious athlete in which to train. Congratulations to the owner and those backing the monetary needs of the club. Great vision!

Fantastic gym.. Great layout, excellent selection of free weights, machines and accessories. There is a seperate cross fit area, as well a lounge and chillout area. Locker room and showers are always clean, towels provided, friendly staff. Members here are very serious about fitness, and quite a few are professional bodybuilders and bikini models. There is a full line of supplements, meals and drinks in the store for sale, and stylish high quality gym apparel from Booty Queen for the ladies available. Prices are very reasonable, and theres a discount for veterans, as well as a great weekend only membership special. The owners, Steve and Amanda Kuclo are both some of the coolest people you will ever meet. Both are world class bodybuilders and they have opened my new second home in the heart of North Dallas. Love it here!

Really cool gym though I cant quite tell who theyre trying to cater to. Some great equipment including a monolift. Well laid out and very clean but it definitely seems more of a bodybuilding gym than an Athletic Facility. If thats your thing then great. When I think "extreme iron" I think more of barbells and dumbbells all over the place, chalk dust, platforms and just more of a hardcore feel. Im glad this place isnt that because those gyms can get annoying with attitudes and the overall lack of organization. But at the same time, maybe adding a small area of the gym that is a little grittier would attract the more hardcore lifters. Put the mono, a few other squat racks and competition benches in a corner of the gym just fir those lifters.

Fantastic gym. Best selection of equipment Ive ever seen, but, because there is so much good equipment, sometimes it gets pretty tight between stations. This gym is perfect for anyone who is just starting out on their journey to better health, as there is a variety of both male and female trainers eager to help. Its also the best gym for the seasoned gym rat or serious bodybuilder. Morning music selection played over sound system is sometimes repetitive, loud, and obnoxious, and then on some mornings its pretty good classic rock. Anyway, if the music doesnt suit you, you can always listen to what you want using ear buds. I definitely recommend your checking it out.

Pretty much the perfect, no frills gym experience. If youre serious about training check this place out. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, HUGE variety of machines, tons of leg equipment. This place caters to every style of athlete due to the wide variety of equipment they have, including strongmen/strongwomen, bodybuilders, fitness models, athletes, and the everyday average joe/jane just trying to get in shape. One other important note: Unlike most "Pro"/Hardcore gyms, Extreme Iron is probably the cleanest gym I have ever stepped foot in.

This has to be the best gym ever! The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. This is a place where you can come be yourself and get a great workout. Also, the equipment is like no other, not your typical run of the mill Big Box gym stuff. They really took their time and hand selected every piece to make sure you get the most of out your workouts.

This gym is BY FAR THE BEST GYM in Dallas. Their state-of-the-art equipment is supported by a super knowledgeable staff with decades of real experience. I look forward to walking in the front door as I know I will walk out a better man for it! Its Extreme Iron Pro Gym for me as the rest just dont stack up.

The best gym Ive ever been to. I must say Im not the most fit person, but everyone welcomes you with welcoming arms, its like a family, everyone is super encouraging and supportive. Ive been training with Greg for 3 months now Ive lost 15 pounds and 22 inches all around, and Ive never felt this good.

Excellent facility, excellent equipment and excellent Trainers. They even have a VIP Supplement store located in the premises which carries many of the industries leading body building and strength-conditioning supplements. Military membership discount available. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing gym - folks are like family here; very well maintained equipment, attentive staff and a very serious, focused clientel. With facilities like this, youd think the price would be outrageous -- but its surprisingly affordable for Dallass premiere gym.
