Horrible!!!! You dont get a redo on a redo on a funeral, and because of this, this place should be ashamed. We got to the funeral home an hour before my uncles service and was greeted by our funeral director, Don. We handed him a DVD for a slide show and asked him to please play during the service. He grabbed it and replied, "well our projector is broken so you cant do it for he service," and just kept walking down the hall as though it was no issue. We had not received a phone call or anything letting us know and this was an important part of the service. I had even spoke with someone the day prior to confirm the type of media it had to be in order to be played and no one mentioned it then. I was obviously upset and held my ground, so he said he would call but he didnt know how it would work. 3 men finally came and looked at the projector and realized it simply wasnt plugged in. Don hadnt even checked, and had no intentions until I demanded it be fixed. We had music to be played throughout the service. Their sound system was completely busted making it nearly impossible to understand any of the songs. Music is a large part of a funeral and this should not be the case!! Overall, horrible experience. Our family said some beautiful things which made honoring my uncle special, but North Dallas Funeral Home had nothing to offer other than discomfort and disappointment.

Roman helped out throughout the process. They went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. They even arranged to get paperwork faxed for next of kin. Very kind people. I only wish my experiences with nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals and hospice were on par with this funeral home. They were the only institution Ive used that really have integrity, empathy, and really do their job.

A very nice funeral home in Dallas, Texas. They took the time to make sure that the funeral service was exactly how we wanted it and very nice. The people who work there are very nice and friendly. They helped us through all of the paperwork and helped get every last detail arranged.
