EXTREMELY poor customer service. Came to get a replacement pay card and no one was available. Their office hours states they are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You can only apply/walk-in between the hours of 8-11 am and 2-4 pm. We came at 2:00 pm and they STILL did not resume their business hours (2-4 pm). I waited for more than 45 minutes and they STILL have not opened the doors. There are several people standing outside the door waiting to be let in, all to no avail.

Yall open at 8am but tell people to call at 8:30 its pass 8:30 & yall still arent answering yall phones.It shouldnt be no problems with my job because I did my part I waited at del Monte missed two buses waiting on another Id card. I asked before I left on what to to I was told call premier now its 8:42 & Im still calling but no answer. Yall gotta do better!! I had work today & couldnt go!!! & Im still trying to go in

Very unproffesional staff but act like it takes something special to do their jobs. ANYONE can do the job of these irresponsible individuals. They never answer their phone so forget about having an emergency and being able to contact the office, not happening. They dont put in the information needed for the pay card so expect not to get paid on time. You all are lazy and desperately need to be replaced.

Calls after hours to random numbers speaking spanish to an english speaker and refusing to add people to the "DO NOT CALL LIST" of which some people are already a part of. Therefore, since they wont talk to me, I will be suing them. This is a scam company. Do not use them.

Its a good place to build work history.They do hire ex-felons or people with no papers.They dont offer full time positions.They never answer the phone.Everything must be done in person.Other than that.GREAT PLACE!
