I dont even feel like to give 1 star. The worst experience I have ever had. I paid $100 to destroy my hair. I am so much regretting why I went there. My hair is all messed up. Some part of my highlight is white, some is reddish brown and some yellow (I had a dark brown hair). The lower portion of my hair was bleached for an hour and upper part was only for 7 mins. So, the back of my hair is all fried up. The top portion does not even look like I have a highlight on it. Lets talk about my hair cut, I wanted medium bob, and the lady did not know what she was cutting until I found out one side of my hair is all chopped off up to ear. She then asked me "How did I end of cutting like this?" I was like seriously? My hair was so messed that no "hair artist" in the saloon could fix it. Finally, one gentleman was able to make it look okay. My hair is too short like a boys cut. I was so pissed and upset, when they asked me to pay $100 for the service. Such a horrible experience, I would never ever be going to Regis again, never recommend anyone to go to Regis.

I never like giving these type of reviews, but I felt others really needed to know about this location. Normally I LOVE Regis Salon, and in the past I have had such a great experience. However this is the worst experience I have ever had. I had Sandra, older blonde lady and she was horrible. First off, she didnt seem interested in what I wanted for my hair. She was rude and made me feel like I was a criminal at times. I just wanted a simple trim and some bangs, and charged me double what they normally charge me and gave me layers which I didnt want and left my hair a bit frizzy. I came out feeling frustrated and depressed. Do NOT go to this location.

I went in for a touch up on my roots and came out with a little more than an inch of regrowth. I was charged for the full service but definitely not taken care of. While still sitting in the chair, I told her I was concerned about the regrowth I could still see to which she responded "Oh thats going to happen with the foils" and moved on. She rushed to blow dry my hair by running her fingers through my hair and didnt bother even combing through it. I will be getting my hair touched up at a different salon.

This was the most awkward appointment I have ever had. The hair stylist who was supposed to cut my hair (simple layered hair cut) seemed very overwhelmed with what I wanted and decided she doesnt want to cut my hair anymore! I was waiting over 1 hour for another hair stylist to cut my hair .... The hair stylist who was cutting my hair at the end accommodated me and I was very happy with the result!

Worst haircut ever by Julia. I will not be going back to this salon. I have fairly long hair and asked for long layers, some how she thought I meant long bangs... She tried to correct it by continuing to chop layers, if I hadnt stopped her I would have ended up with a mullet. Im not sure what happened to this location, it used to be decent.

I went to this salon for a simple hair cut I just wanted to cut it straight across the ends of my hair thats it no layers just a simple trim on my end they charged me $50 and my edges do not look straight at all worst salon Ive ever been to do not waste your money

Michael was AMAZING!! Im not even 30 yet and was concerned about growing out my Greys. He did an amazing job mixing in highlights and gave me a really nice cut. He was also extremely informative when it came to explaining the coloring process!

Old lady did my hair and did the worst job Ive ever had done, hair was wet when I left my shampoo and style she was rude and didnt brush it out I was paying and she charged me for 2 she didnt put any product in and parted a random direction.

Really werent helpful in getting what I wanted then I spent 2 to 3 hours waiting to be helped and just sitting in the chair. While she helps others.... I didnt like my experience here sorry.

I stopped in while I was in northpark. She gave me the best haircut I ever had! I have been to upscale salons thinking the more you pay, the better the hair. Well, I was SO wrong!!! Jody
