Went to get my hair cut and they did not do what I wanted. I showed her pictures and told her in detail what I wanted several times and while she was cutting my hair, she said, "So you just want a basic bob, right?" That was what I specifically said I DID NOT want and she cut it anyway. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did a great job, and it still looked good, but she did not listen to what I wanted....

Horrible customer service, would not trust individual with my hair, and takes last customer at 6:30pm when they close at 8pm.
