I asked for a bob and came out with a chopped up hair cut .i have no hair to even flat iron in the back its soo short...dont know the girls name but she has long black hair and she even speaks english so it has nothing to do with her understanding . she just cant cut hair. I do not recommended going there . thank god for erica at m3 salon down the street she fixed up my hair as much as she could
