Listen, if I could give this place zero stars I would. Ive been going for a few years, and occasionally they would make it a bit thinner than wanted or slightly different shapes. That was slightly annoying but not the end of the world. I just started telling them exactly what I wanted and it was fine (there wasnt a language barrier between us, FYI). This time however, she completely disregarded what I asked for (just a clean up and to keep the thickness),and essentially halved the thickness of my eyebrows that I had spent weeks growing out. Worse than that, she refused to admit that she made a mistake. The owner had to force her to even apologize to me. I had to show the owner a picture of my eyebrows from a few days ago to make that happen. I would have refused to pay, but unlike some people I was raised right and know how to accept responsibility.

The worst place to be .. initially i liked it but later on everytime i go there is always chaos at the place and staff is always in bad mood and no patience . They would not even listen to me what I wanted and how i wanted . She treated me like a kid to shutup and she knew all as if. She ruined my hair as if cut by rats making it look bad and uneven and short in lenght and also i asked for eyebrows to be thick.. she made it thin . I dont know what she was thinking. I opened my mouth to tell her things and she shut me up. Such a disastrous place . I asked money back and she would not do so . She said come and will fix it . She ruined my hair and now how can she fix already so small and eyebrows made thin .. cannot be made thick . I hate this place and would not recommend to anyone . Pls dont go unless u want to ruin things

This is the most unorganized place in the world - first, I booked them for hair. So the lady is out of staff, and wants to do my hair herself. Then, she washes HALF of my hair, while taking other clients literally over my head. I was confused but remained calm. Then, they comb my hair and literally tear it apart. On my objection, they ask me to blow dry my hair myself. I had to be at a party, and left them midway. I had to pay though, the saddest part, for all the mess I underwent. Never going back there

Very worst place for facial. I went for facial last week and the lady was so rude and doing massage very fast and rude. She applied the pack all over my front hair and looked very bad after she is done. The most worst parlor I have never seen anywhere else..the people working there dont have patience at all and very worst customer service.i will never go there here after. I dont know how long it is going to take for my face and hair to come to normal like before.

Ive been to get threaded at least a dozen times and I cant fathom why there are so many negative reviews! Ive never had a bad experience, some girls are quiet there, but Ive never received poor customer service. My brows always look great when leaving! If I have any qualms at all, its that Im kind of tall so slouching in the chair is a bit uncomfortable but thats a minor thing

I went there to get my face and eyebrows threaded. While she was threading my face, she pulled hot wax out of no where.... without asking. Not only that but i was charged 2 extra dollars for the wax that i didnt even agree to. Also i began to break out intensly in areas that Ive never had break outs in. Terrible service

After seeing the poor reviews I decided still to check them out, as I was in a hurry and Im glad I did. I told them exactly how I wanted my brows done and she listened did them quick and precisely how I wanted . I guess its a hit or miss situation with any salon but this one checks out good in my book.

Wow! I dont think I have ever gotten my eyebrows done faster or more precise. A little wait since I did come during lunch time (less than 10 min ) but I am super happy. $4 if you pay cash and $5 if you use your card. Either way its definitely worth it. I will definitely be coming back :)

Very good. Quick and easy... they do try to upsell other services because the threading is knly $4... but I love it, they are quick and very nice. And my eyebrows are done very well.
