You pay for what you get here. Itseems cheap and fast but the quality is not consistent. Im a regular here for my eyebrows, and Ive gotten henna here multiple times as well. As far as eyebrows - I trust only about two of the beauticians here. I made the mistake of letting a different person thread my eyebrows once and even with specific instructions, she did a terrible job. Instead of making my eyebrows even in the middle she widened the gap too far on one side. When I told her, she said "but it looks good now". She also left fine hairs all around my eyebrows and when I pointed those out, she said they were too fine to remove by threading. Even when I showed her that I could lift them with my fingernail individually. I complained quietly to the owner of the salon and she happily fixed as much as she could. None of the hairs were too fine for her to remove. I have had the same issue with henna. They use emergency quick stain henna that fades and flakes unevenly after about a week. The initial application by the owner of the salon looks beautiful, however the other beautician (the same one I had issues with when I had my eyebrows done) did not have anywhere close to the same level of technical skill. I left with one beautiful henna pattern and one that made me hide my left hand during all the celebrations. Be careful who you allow to do your treatments if you come here - some of the technicians do not care about their work and do not have the same skills as others. I would recommend management hold all her employees to a high level of skill and pride in their work if she does not wish to lose business because of them.

I went to get henna done. The lady gave me two options $7 and $10 saying $10 option would cover more of my palm than a small strip for $7. I decided to go ahead with $10 option. As she was applying I noticed the henna smell was different unlike traditional henna it was reddish in color with a pungent chemical smell to it. I did not say anything and still got it done on both of my palms. As soon as she was done, my palms were both not covered fully as she had promised it would for $10. Also, the smell was so strong that it reminded me of my A&P lab class in which we dissected a cat and it had the same smell! As soon as I got home I washed it off to discover that it already had a strong henna color!! If it were a traditional henna without chemicals it would have taken 2-3 to get that same color and not to mention it wasnt orangey it was bright red in color! Now that its peeling off unfortunately its also peeling off my skin with it!! Be aware just because the color pay off is good it doesnt mean its all natural! Horrible experience especially for the price paid and not to mention the lady was just scribbling did not even look professional!

Great Price, Horrible Service. I agree that the prices are cheap and great! However, one thing that irked me about this place was the service. The service is fast, but they are very rude and standoffish. My sister and I went together to get our eyebrows threaded. She was up first and I waited in the seating area. While my sister was getting situated I went up to ask her something important. The lady that was threading her eyebrows was prepping up her station. I was telling my sister something and then the lady comes up to me and tells me rudely to go wait in the seating area until my turn was next. I complied. On the other hand, the lady who did my eyebrows seemed nice. After my sister and I left, my sister told me that the lady who threaded her eyebrows told her she had a lot of acne and needed a facial/microdermabrasion. I liked how they did my eyebrows, but the service was a huge turnoff.

Seriously, the cost and finished product is worth the lack of customer service. Trust me, thats saying A Lot coming from someone who has been in the customer service business since Ive been able to work. If youre going to the salon to make a friend or for a free counseling session......Dont Come! That will be one less person for me to wait behind. However, if you want beautifully arched eyebrows that last a loooong time, Youve Got To check out this place. They are not very social unless you come on a regular basis and wait for the same person each time. Its probably not in their culture to chum up with people outside of their culture. I dont count it against their heart, Im sure they care.

OMG do not go to Heenas salon. I used to go there regularly because I was new in the city and didnt know of many threading places. It has AWFUL customer service. The workers sit there and converse amongst themselves in Hindi and its quite disrespectful. In the waxing rooms, the same thing happens. The ladies speak to one another in Spanish thus making the customer feel as though they are talking about them. That is not way to run a business. It makes the customer feel unwelcome. The workers SHOULD be focusing on keeping their clientele because i wouldnt be surprised it they were out of business soon. Although the prices are cheap, DO NOT BE FOOLED. There are MANY other places in the metroplex.

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible customer service. They rush you in and out. They scoff at your requests, insult your opinions. They messed up my wifes eyebrows. They had no regard for her pain tolerance. They spilled wax everywhere, ruining my wifes clothing. Rather than offer to help clean up, they rushed her out so they could get to the next customer. Yes, theyre cheap, which is why they get 1 star out of 5. If I could give them a 0 overall, I would, because the way they treat people is horrible, regardless of their pricing. Years ago, this place was great. But with demand, theyve forgotten how to run a service business. Too bad.

This place is horrible. The lady who did my eyebrows was very hard and rude all along. She didnt had a pinch of customer service. Facial is waste of money. Instead of spending $25 for this facial you can pretty much do your own facial by purchasing facial products from Walmart. I am not into writing reviews but the bad experience I faced today compelled me into writing one so that no one goes through the same experience as mine. I am talking about the Heena salon next to Aarti jewellers (100 South Central Expressway)

Always in a hurry to finish the task... they dont care whether the customer is satisfied or not... they do it as if they are doing to animals... very harsh and no systematic at all... after my waxing to legs , the legs were sticky dint clean well at all... and for my eyebrows half done... just the shape was given... extras were left over all over uncleaned... i don suggest to anyone ... if u have less time and u need to done it fast with dirty stuff ok then can go this salon...

All these negative reviews are annoying. Youre paying $4 , an awesome price , to get your eyebrows done. Theyre not going to run out of business its an awesome price. Yeah theyre not friendly but youre not going there to make friends , and I like that about them , they get straight to the point and youre on your way. Also, wax is hot period, and if you have a low pain tolerance dont get your eyebrows done, simple is that. Beauty is pain.
