This review is solely based on a birthday party experience. We dont have a kiddo at gymnastics here or any sort of regular attendance. Note the location and look at the pics I uploaded. Its located in a sort of warehouse / industrial area. Itd be easy to miss if you werent paying attention. We were also told not to park at the place next door or wed be towed - FYI... Today we attended a birthday party for a 4-year old at this place. It was an hour and a half of "open gym" time followed by... almost an hour, I think, of birthday cake and festivities time. Not only did the kids have a blast, but us parents did too. Yeah, all of us had to bounce into the foam block pit because, duh, its super fun. Some of the bolder dads even did flips and half gainers and impressive stuff. Super fun to watch... and partake in. Like a trampoline park, they have trampolines everywhere. Different kinds, some of which give you some serious ups. They also have balance beams, bars, rings, ropes, and even "curtains" or whatever those Cirque de Whatever things are called. Some of these things were off limits for the party, but almost the entire place was fair game. It was super fun for everyone. They had a couple of staff roaming around who were super nice and friendly. (Good Aggies, too. :) After open gym time, we retired to the birthday room, where we had cake, snacks, and birthday festivities. They had plenty of mobile tables so the room had a lot of flexibility. It was also big enough to cram quite a lot of kids and parents into. Long story short: I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party. And it was not the same as a regular trampoline park, which made it more interesting and appealing to me (even if trampoline parks are also fun). They also gave free open passes to us as part of party favors, so we can bring our son back on certain open-gym days to have fun again. Nice touch!

Tried to use a Groupon here because weve heard great things, but they took 3 weeks to return my calls and when they finally did were very unhelpful and inflexible. Had to approach Groupon for a refund and the gym still will not return my calls to cancel our camp reservations. After I had this experience, a few friends told me that even though the gym is great they have had poor customer service from the gym in the past so they were not surprised. I would have liked to have known that before committing to large purchase as I did and also before recommending the gym to others (as I also had). Hopefully this will save other parents from the same experience.

Do to Jenny Bradfords and The Palaestras dissatisfaction with Groupon we will discontinue Groupon services after Summer 2015. We feel as if we have no control over Groupon situations such as Jenny Bradford experienced. The Palaestra is a family owned gymnastics center with our soul purpose of "promoting smiles, laughter & a life long love of Movement for every child".

We go to Friday morning open gym and love it! Staff as always been so sweet. And equipment and facilities are very clean. Would recommend to any toddler moms in DFW. Totally worth $7!

Daughter did a camp there last summer and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice and happy to have her. Class size was small and George was great with her (she was 2 1/2)

The staff was nice, but its for white kids only. Preferably rich white kids only. And the parents there will make you aware of it if you do not belong.
