We stopped in town to grab a bite to eat. The lines were long and slow. The staff didnt ask if we wanted our chicken heated in our salad. No credit cards allowed because Internet was down. They refused to give us water because they didnt have any of the cups. It made me question whether the employees cared more about what type of cup we had than our need for water. There were plenty of other sized cups. I wish the employees had been trained to adapt to the needs of the customers. It wasnt the customers fault you ran out of small water cups. Hopefully management fixes this.

Ive been to this location 3 times and every time there is 1 female employee that makes the experience the worst. If its not a smart a** comment its a rude look. This last time I go all the way to the checkout specialty sandwich in hand and said they are not taking credit cards. No sign on the door nothing. She said I could go to the atm in HEB and it charges a small $3 fee. That is 1/2 the price of my stupid sandwich. I left there with nothing and she now has a sub to eat for lunch. Management is weak at this location and it shows.

The employees attitudes are improving somewhat and the food is alright but almost every time I go in the lettuce and/ or spinach is no good sometimes other ingredient like the tomatoes or black olives are not good either, their slogan is eat fresh, but half the time the stuff they serve you is not fresh at all.

Good subs but many people waited to long in line while two employees made sandwiches & another just stood behind the register watching. It didnt help that the guy taking orders was rude by barking at each customer what they wanted. Really need to train their employees better.

Worst location Ive ever experienced. Staff is ok as far as being friendly, but can at times be very slow. The main problem to me is the management and keeping up with their items. EVERYTIME Ive been theyre out of something, and usually multiple items.

The subs are great but they dont like it when you order a lot I ordered 4 subs for my family and the sub lady didnt like that. I guess they prefer for everyone to stand in line and order their own subs...
